In fifty years I have purchased and/or leased in excess of 25 vehicles from All major auto manufacturers. This (Braman) experience has been the BEST. Why? because from the moment I walked into the Showroom to the moment my Wife Drove out with Her new Mini I FELT GOOD and that is after angrily walking off the lots of two Major Treasure Coast Dealers resolved on waiting until I returned to my Rhode Island Summer home to purchase an auto there!

Called made an appointment with Deb, arrived the following day from the we spoke to meeting in person she made me feel comfortable her attention to detail from begin to end by far surpassed my expectation.

We stopped by the dealership to look at the Mini Cooper's with no intensions of driving home with a new car. We had had looked at other makes and model vehicles and were not in a rush. We were approached by Pithy who was very informative and explained about the car in good detail. The experience at the dealership was unlike one I had ever had. Having heard the typical cliches about car buying, I was terrified to walk into Braman BMW and negotiate the purchase of a new car. However, having been fortunate enough to get Deb Krueger as my contact person at the dealership, I will forevermore regard the experience as a vastly enjoyable and delightful one! Deb is such a pleasant, personable, friendly and approachable person, someone with whom anyone can feel instantly comfortable and at home. At the same time, she knows EVERYTHING about the Mini cars, and there is no question (and I asked many) that she didn't answer with anything less than a thorough, well-explained and easy-to-understand answer. That wasn't because all my questions were easy; it was because Deb MADE them all easy! And she carried that delightful quality consistently, from the car lot to the test drive to her desk to discuss numbers, and even past the done deal to the lot again, where I emerged to see my new car decorated with congratulatory ribbons and such, and where Deb was smiling and offering to take pictures of me with it, while she still answered even more questions (about pairing the phone with the car, etc.)with seemingly limitless patience and ease. At the very close of the dealership's day and after dealing with me for hours, Ms. Krueger must have been exhausted, but her smile and enthusiasm never faded. She made my car buying experience SO special, fun, easy and worry/hassle-free! I never felt pressured or leaned on, I always felt special and important, and I wish Deb Krueger were going to be at Braman forever because, thanks to her, I will ALWAYS drive a Mini Cooper, and I will ALWAYS get my cars from Braman BMW, West Palm!
