George Holbrook made Buick procurement pleasant ex

My wife and I have been BUICK owners for more than 51 years and we purchased most of our Buicks from one dealership. Consequently? we were always treated like family at that dealership. Moving to Florida in 2012 we expected never to have that relationship with a car dealership gain. However?George Holbrook made our recent Buick procurement a refreshingly pleasant hometown experience. George along with the sales and finance team Mike Gledhill and Andrew Johnson got us into the perfect car for us, with the right features at the right price and we couldn?t be happier with the deal. Our next new car will be from Ferman Buick GMC.

Purchased 2015 GMC Terrain

We were on route to another dealer and happen to land at this dealer by error, gladly to say it turned out to be in our best interest. As soon as we arrived at this delearship we were immediately greeted by the salesman which made us feel extremely welcomed. We have purchased a new vehicle every 3 1/2 yrs for the past 15plus years, and I will say this is the first time I felt that the salesman understood and listened to our needs and expectations and effectively communicated it to the sales manager which was able to make our purchase a reality. We did our research on internet, in person to other dealers and did receive the BEST PRICE FOR THE SAME QUALITY! Significant savings ! I will add that the entire staff was Pleasant and professional to deal with!

Manager was very rude.

The salesman seemed very confused- had difficulty locating the car we wanted and with the computer. The manager was rude and aggressive. I felt so uncomfortable with this person that we walked out. Fortunately we drove directly to another dealership in town and were able to purchase the exact same car for $400 less.

Quick purchase transaction and great location, Dealer needs to work a better deal with trade in appraisals but besides that all went well recommended

Favorable experience

Stopped into the dealership about 3 month ago and rand in Todd that took the time to really go over the new Yukon with me. I ended up goign with a Denali instead. Todd, Luke and Richard were all top notch as they found me a car that was just what i was looking for. Our conversations were upfront and honest with full transparency.

Great Service - Richard Blackenship - Ferman GMC,

Richard Blackenship did an excellent job with the purchase of my new GMC Terrain. He spent several Hours with me explaining the vehicles attributes not knowing whether I would even purchase. I have leased And then purchased several vehicles from Ferman since 2001 and would highly recommend them as a dealership that knows how to take care of their customers
