Mr. Randolph Crowder

My wife an I were looking for a 2015 Encore with the leather package. We were in touch with 4 dealers in a 24 hour span. Ferman gave us the best price. This was done over the phone. Two days later we went to Ferman and picked up our car. They also beat the interest rate of our approved bank loan! From the sales representative, to the financial manager, everyone was personable. They are real people with a real passion and treated my wife and I with real care and concern. They now have a loyal customer! Oh, let's not forget my wife's favorite things the facilities and show rooms are emmaculate with great coffee.

New vehicle purchase.

First experience with Ferman Buick GMC

We were immediately impressed with the facility--I thought it was new. Then, from the beginning of our meeting with Rick Blankenship, we were at ease and felt all would go well. Rick was most accommodating, pleasant, and knowledgeable. A pricing agreement was quickly made. After completing the paperwork and meeting with the Business Manager, we had to leave due to an issue at home in Parrish. Returning the following day to go over the details of all the features on the Enclave, we found Rick to be extremely busy--selling more Enclaves! Todd Benschneider was available to take over the instruction process to assist two folks who definitely needed some in-depth teaching. Todd was very thorough and patient, going through the process in great detail, never tiring of repeating himself nor answering what may have seemed to him to be foolish questions. His help with setting up our new OnStar account with the OnStar personnel was invaluable to us. So, our Ferman experience was indeed a pleasant one as each member of the staff with whom we had contact was interested in having our auto need fulfilled. And, of great importance to us, of course, was the fact that we were happy with the deal.

GMC Canyon

one of the best experiences I've had buying a car Jason Godbout was very helpful throughout the entire process of building and then buying my canyon and I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new vehicle you stop by and say hi to him and the ferman staff andrew in finance was another smooth experience and very informative about all the options we had

Best Experience of a New Vehicle Purchase

Richard and the staff at Ferman GMC were the greatest and treated my wife and I as very special buyer and when out of their way to make sure my buying experience was great. Will recomend to anyone considering a new car or truck purchase. The parts and service department also went out of their way to make my new Terrain purchase very enjoyable.

New Auto Purchase

Great service rendered by Jason Godbout. Took care of every possible detail in making this the smoothest auto buying event I have experienced. Facilities will likely also be terrific when completed, they are still underway with current construction.
