Best car buying experience yet!

The best car buying experience yet! George Holbrook & Mike Gledhill were phenomenal!!!! I was treated with respect, honesty, and wasn't given the run around. I felt like I got a great deal when I left. I am sooo happy with my 2015 GMC Terrain Denali! I will definitely be back and will be recommending others. Thanks again!!

Very bad experience

I purchased 2011 Mazda 3 for my daughter through David Scheffler on 11/28/14. I explained to Mr Scheffler that she had been through a nasty divorce & had a son in Afghanistan so I needed a a total hassle free experience. The week before I called & asked Mr Scheffler to PLEASE double check car to make sure everything was in proper order & topped off with gas as I was coming from Venice which is 1 1/2 drive. As soon as I got in the car I noticed the low tire pressure was on. Another gentlemen took the car & filled the left front tire with air & assured me the tire was fine. As soon as I got on Route 75 the low gas warning came on. I was in a panic as I did not have a phone & did not know how far to next gas. I managed to make it to gas station. When I got home I called Mr Scheffler who said he would reimburse me for gas. It has been going in 2 months & no reimbursement. In the meantime left front tire went flat again & my daughter was advised she would have to replace tire as sidewall was damaged & could not be repaired. Deal with this company & salesman at your own risk.

Great Service, wonderful car buying experience

Every employee we came across at Ferman in Lutz, FL was very courteous and friendly, the facility provides you with comfort, beverages, restrooms, etc. I visited Ferman in Lutz multiple times before I committed to purchase my 2015 Yukon. I was referred to my salesman Todd Benschneider from one of my daughters friends that works in parts named Jason. From the first time I came in just to inquire & explore my options I had a great experience, I thought about my purchase for several months and visited several dealerships, I came back to Ferman even though I was a "chevy" girl and purchased my GMC solely because I was so impressed by the service and knowledge I received from Todd, it was the best car purchasing experience I have had. I will now have my vehicles serviced at Ferman in Lutz and will refer my friends an family there as well, thank you.

Great Buying Experience

I recently went to Ferman Chrysler to look at a 2009 300C Heritage Edition that they had for sale. I was very happy to find a ole friend there that I had worked with years ago. George Holbrook was a great help to me in convincing myself to buy a different car. He was very persistent in working with me long enough so I had the chance to strike a deal on a fair trade in price on my car. George gave me 100% and by doing so convinced me to buy the car I really wanted. I experienced a very stress free purchase ! I don't believe I would have traded cars if I had not been fortunate to meet up with George. Thanks George for all your effort on such a hot day !! I will be back to see you in the future. I love my Buick Encore!

I recently purchased my new vehile at Ferman Buick/GMC Lutz Florida. The experience was amazing. Kristian Klotz, sales associate was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was particularly attentive to my needs and wants. The Buick Encore was exactly what I needed! I highly recommend Ferman's for your next automobile search. Excellent service. Great deal.

Me and my husband bought a Terrain. I was really happy with the deal we received. We work with Kristian Klotz our sales person who was very helpful and friendly. Also follow up a calls have been made to check and see if we have had an issues with the vehicle. Everyone that worked there was firendly.

I didn't know Todd when I purchased my Enclave from him...

I didn't know Todd when I purchased my Enclave from him in Nov 2010. He has alway helped arrange a car for me while mine was in service. However, tonight he went above & beyond the call of duty. My car over heated. He brought me a car to my location on his day off & waited with me until OnStar provided us with a tow truck to take my car back to the dealership. Now that's SERVICE!!

I have been extremely impressed with the service that I have received since I purchased my Buick Lacross in June 2011. Todd Benschneider was my sales person and asked me if I ever had a problem or concern to call him and he would personally see that my problem was addressed. In today's world it is very hard to find people that mean what they say and provide outstanding service after the sale. However,from day 1 Todd handled any issues or problems I brought him with complete professionalism and exemplary customer service. Lucky for me and Todd I am pleased to say I rarely have issues with this car, it has been outstanding. Todd wants his customers happy at time of sale and more importantly after the sale. Todd personally goes the distance for his customers to make sure they are extremly satisfied. Ferman Buick dealership from sales to finance to service has been outstanding to deal and I would highly recommend them for your next new car purchase.
