Great service

I've had to take the vehicle in a few times for recalls, service is always top notch. Fast, efficient and very friendly. Any new purchase will definitely be done at this dealership.

Oil change

I came into Gerald Kia to get an oil change. I was going to try a synthetic oil, because I heard that it last longer. However, after speaking with the service manager, I realized that this may not be a good idea. Because it may lead to thinking that you have more time before you're due for a change than you really have; leading to damage to your vehicle. I really appreciated the information. No push, just some needed education.

We did not purchase our Kia from this dealership and now see that was a mistake; the service at Gerald Kia is far better which is why we will continue to service here.

Fantastic 2019 Kia K900 Buying Experience!!

This is the third K900 that I have purchased from Gerald Kia of Naperville in the past five years. The experience has always been top notch and somehow keeps getting better! The sales and service personnel are top notch. Ownership and management set a high bar, striving for the best at every level, and all of their employees step up. I am blessed to have the ongoing personal interest and support of Anthony Triner, General Manager, in each purchase and throughout my time with each car. Freda Williams, sales consultant for our new 2019 K900, has been a delight! Knowledgeable, patient, helpful...one could not ask for more! Adrian Tairi was key to making me aware of the incentives available for my new K900! Susie Gonnerman, well, Suzie has been there since day one and continues to have our back for every need! Yasser Ibrahim, finance manager, does not receive nearly enough praise!!! He made this transaction so simple and quick. Anthony made himself available to answer my questions, too! Though K900 Concierge service is available to us, I look forward to each opportunity to come out to the store, see everyone and find out what is new with Gerald Auto Group and Kia. On occasion my wife comes along for breakfast at Egg Harbor or Eggs Inc and shopping at Chicago Premium Outlets!! It's a win win!! I encourage anyone in need of a new, or used car, to consider Gerald Kia of Naperville, and all of Gerald Auto Group, when they are looking for they're next vehicle!
