Just avoid this place. Unprofessional and inexperienced. They think customers can't do math. Nothing else to be said but find a different dealer.

Ridiculous!
We bought out our lease in May and the title work still has not been done at the end of the year for us to renew the tag.

We purchased a 2013 ford fusion and we absolutely love it, the quality is outstanding. The service was great we told them what we wanted and they took us right to it. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle.

We thought the dip stick was ordered several months ago and were waiting for the call the part had arrived. My husband called Monday afternoon and fortunately talked to Hoover. No part but Hoover ordered one immediately and we picked it up the next day. It was good to see a familiar face, someone who recognized us and was happy to serve us. Why when there is a new dealership takeover, the first thing they do is get rid of the competent employees. No longer that hometown feeling.
