The problem returned 3 weeks later.

The problem returned 3 weeks later. That tells me there was a deeper issue that would have caused the problems. I refused to bring it back and spend more money on whatever was wrong as well as paying more for the same parts that got put on. I am also still to figure out how replacing parts under the car required someone to go through my console, including leaving a charging cable out that they obviously used. Also, as soon as I turned the air on it was left on the highest setting, with the AC turned on at 88 degrees. It was 30 out that day and there was never a question about those working. I sold the car Monday.

Well after 3 different salesmen quotes, with 2 claiming

Well after 3 different salesmen quotes, with 2 claiming there prices were locked per manager. So I went with the salesman that gave me no story, just a great price. And to top it off I asked hard questions before coming and Chris was very honest to the point. Was very courteous and helpful beyond the sale. Took very very short test drive, fit Chris’s description to a T. He as well got me in and out in under an hour. I would rate Chris a solid 10, but survey doesn’t offer it.

Always quick and friendly service. Matt makes sure that I am always satisfied with my service. That is one of the reasons I have Metro Ford complete any service work on my Mustang and Bronco.

Kinda confusing dealing with 3 different salesman via

Kinda confusing dealing with 3 different salesman via messenger and getting 3 different prices. But I quickly got over that when Chris Derrick stepped in and made an offer I couldn’t refuse. Chris is very professional and knowledgeable. Love the srt challenger. Chris had me in and out in less than an hour. Very smooth transaction. Impressed with my first purchase from Metro Ford. And again I can’t say enough about Chris being so helpful in getting me in and out with a price that couldn’t be beat. Thank you Metro Ford and Chris Derrick
