Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for 14 days, never even looked at it for 5 days could not get any answers on what they were doing or going on, noone called me. Voicemails left for service manager and facility manager, neither called me back. Was promised it would be done by 5 o clock on a wednesday, we stayed in okc all day waiting and then it wasnt done and noone called. Will never go back.

I was not really looking to buy a truck, but Chris did a great job of presenting exactly what I what I liked. There was no pressure, it was just a casual conversation. I traded in a F250 which I purchased from Metro Ford in 2019. Also, It was an easy decision to use Metro because the truck service department has been great to work with the last 6 years.
