Service/Repair

I called David on a Monday, had an appointment on Wednesday I delivered my Ford Explorer and they had a loaner car waiting on me and my car was ready to be picked up Friday morning. David always goes the extra mile to help me out with my busy schedule. Thank you David!

Service was done promptly. The service rep, i forgot her...

Service was done promptly. The service rep, i forgot her name, was superb. The only thing i didn't like, is rhat someone in the service department, took my Hibdon Tires oil change sticker off my windsheild, and replaced it with a metro ford sticker. I didnt even get an oil change there. That pissed me off.

Maintenance

My service professional, Denise, was great to work with. She was very informative and kept me up to date on the status of my car. She only recommended the services that really needed to be done at this time. The service was pricey but it will keep my car running better and longer!!

it was very quick and easy

Service was prompt and price for repairs were reasonable...

Service was prompt and price for repairs were reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. David helped get some quotes on extra repairs and had current repairs done the same day. I inspected the work that was done and they did some clean work. I will be returning soon for additional repairs on my expedition.

Returned for more routine repairs and service department...

Returned for more routine repairs and service department did an excellent job. Extensive axle work was done on my expedition and they had the job done the same day. I will be returning for more repairs.
