First time was great second not so much.

Friendly guys, but couldn't give a simple answer. Poor communication Let's just say I picked it up and took it to another dealer.

Metro Ford has always provided excellent service in Service Department. All Team members are great . And never had to wait long. They are very informative as you wait .

I appreciate all Denise’s work on making me happy with Metro’s service. She was very understanding and did a great job. I think the service department really didn’t as good. They did finally make the repairs they should have the first time I brought in, it just took them a very long time to do it.

Good experience

My mechanic was nice and provided honest opinions. Check-in and checkout processes were quick but detailed, and my instructions and wishes were followed. Will be coming back.

Worst case of bait switch I have ever experienced

This dealership is a prime example of "Bait and Switch". As others have expressed on here as well, the dealerships website shows one price and accompanying discounts. When it comes down to it, they say oh, the website does not show the ad ons and conversion packages but yet the pictures shown of the vehicles are what they are with the ad ons on conversions. I worked with a sales rep for about 5 hours on a deal, submitted my trade in information and financing application, they ran my credit and started processing my application. After all this, I suddenly received a phone call which said, the price on the vehicle is not was the sales rep and you have agree on, "we can't sell the truck to you for that price listed on line, it's $20k more." How do you get this far into a deal and realize your pricing is not accurate. Unbelievable, this is a very sad way of doing business. I caution anyone considering looking at any vehicle at this dealership. Update...Got a call back from a manager today and he basically said, he is sorry but they are not willing to do anything and he doesn't have record of them running my credit through finance. Ironically, my credit report reflect a hard inquiry from Ford. He said, there is nothing he is will ing to do and "is there anything else I can help you with?" This is the most crooked car dealership I have ever dealt with and I have had my experiences over the year. Moral of the story, I will be pursuing legal action against Metro Ford in OKC.

I liked everyone I felt with at the dealership. The car I wanted ( and bought) was not listed with the correct pricing. I was not happy about that and would not have driven all the way up there had it been listed correctly.
