Linda Graham was a great salesperson to work with. She communicated with me often during my month long decision process and was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. The car buying experience is never one that I enjoy, but Linda made it a pleasure. Also, the finance experience was exceptional because of Patrick Watson. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made this process a breeze. Patrick is very transparent about interest rates and extended warranty plans. If I have a need for another vehicle or have any friends/family that need a new Ford I plan to send them her way.

First if like to compliment John Mahsetky and Mike Barnett on being an outstanding representatives for your team in OKC. Historically I've never been comfortable talking to or dealing with car salesmen because generally speaking I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. My experience at your dealership was the exact opposite....it was confidence inspiring and changed my mind. I want to recognize Johnny and Mike for doing such good honest work, exceeding my expectations, and making their sales department ultimately available. More often than not I feel most sales personnel on a car lot, despite being in the service industry, are not actually interested in providing a service to their clients rather they are more interested in making money and taking advantage of the client. John and Mike were the exact opposite; they provided me an outstanding buying experience with honesty and ethics and integrity. The depth of knowledge of the product, the differences within the product line itself and high level of competence helped guide me to making the best decision on the best vehicle for me and my needs. I NEVER felt any pressure to buy anything. The entire sales process was upfront, honest, straight forward. They had an "open book approach"They gave me one price and having done my research in days prior, I knew the price was absolutely fair and we made a deal. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Chris. He is great to work with and is extremely helpful. Chris genuinely cares if you are taken care of, and is easy to work with. He made the car buying experience easy, and this comes from someone who doesn't normally enjoy said experience. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle with Chris. This time around we worked with Vincente in the Finance department. Vincente is also great to work with. Both men are professional and friendly. I highly recommend these guys as I have dubbed them the dream team of car buying.
