I would highly recommend METRO Ford of OKC! I purchased an Edge and it was the best experience purchasing a car I've ever had. From the blazing response to my needs, the whole team worked like a well oiled machine. Excellent communication through the entire purchase...sales team, finance and administration outstanding. This dealership will follow through and stand behind everything they advertise. No playing games, just straight up deals at the best prices. Go ahead and do your shopping, but check out METRO Ford. They treated me horrible.

They treated me horrible. mike Barnett should not be allowed to represent the dealership. I had made an appointment with the salesman who sold me the truck to bring my new truck in to get the scratches off my door handle which new truck should have not had any scratches at all but mike accus me of just showing up without appointment. He also was mad since he told me he lost money selling me the truck. I had to get into shutting match with him until he got my scratches' taken care of. I have never been treated this bad at any dealership. His other floor manager was following me around the showroom while he was trying to get into fight with me, he also called me some name as well.
