Was in the market looking for a 2021 RAM. Came across...

Was in the market looking for a 2021 RAM. Came across this dealer and found advertised specials that were pricing the RAM $6000 less than local dealers so I drove 45 minutes to them. Of course the advertised prices were not honored. The salesman and the sales manager each having excuses as to why not. I had a trade in and if not for the good price they offered for it...I would have left. I did buy a truck. A few days later I received and email with a satisfaction survey from RAM headquarters wanting know if I was satisfied. Assuming it was anonymous I completed the survey. Low and behold a few days later I begin receiving phone calls and text messages from the salesman who sold me my RAM wanting to know why I rated my purchase so low, he complained that the score he received was so bad and he wanted t know why. The fact that he was given the name of the customer who left the poor review was what angered me. I will be reaching out to RAM or Dodge...whatever it is, to let them know my thoughts. Never again...Joey Accardi

Contacted dealer by email to consider the purchase of a used Yukon Denali 2019. I got Rachel and she would not simply try and due business my way, a simple retail sales experience. Perhaps I should have provided a snapshot of my bank balances. I requested best pricing and pics of truck since it was not onsite when we saw the listing thru Autotrader. Rachel said it was her way or no way, as she could only due business as she wanted and as trained. No issue … we don’t do business as you offered. Ever wonder why their are so many dealerships around Accardi ?? It’s because choice still remains for clients. You don’t turn away business until the deal is offered and rejected versus accepted. The world changed and car dealers with antiquated, forceful employees should be updated. We can all be happy, make some money, without abusive tactics Rachel.

We’ve had two days of nonsense sales people and unsuccessful attempts at buying a Jeep. Until we met JR. He was AMAZING! I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He went above and beyond to make this process painless and smooth. I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I went because I definitely had a wonderful experience.We will be back!

Horrible Service, Nasty Attitude

Never contacted me back after numerous requests through Cars.com for information on a vehicle. I called them, and they had all my information and requests for the vehicle, just never did their part to answer my numerous requests. I asked for the price of the vehicle and explained I am high risk for Covid and needed to make the purchase virtually and they refused to even give me the price of the vehicle. They said I would have to come in to get the price. I told them, I already did the Credit Application online and only needed the price, and they refused to give me a price without me coming in. I told them, then I would have to get the vehicle from some where else, and they said "Ok" then disconnected my call.

Shady sales tactics RUN SWAY I never leave bad reviews but felt compelled to do so on this one. I emailed to verify if a used vehicle was still on their lot. I received a phone call a short time later by I believe a member of their business development division. The call went something like this “Yes the car is still available, when would you like to come in? , I won’t be able to make it in until the weekend, our sale ends Thursday so if you want to save money, come in for an even lower price, what is the lower price? , we can’t disclaim that information, So your telling me that your dealership isn’t open about the price of their cars? I guess you do not want to save money whatever CLICK! For those who have read this far, I have been in the auto industry for over 10 years and have a family member that owns a dealership in a different state. This tactic of pushing for an appointment is used by most dealerships however, I do not know anyone in the industry that would have an employee like this! I am glad to say i took my business elsewhere and will never suggest this place to anyone I know. Any honest dealership will give you the price of their vehicle and most will even send you a buyers order showing a precise breakdown of the total price! I will be picking up my new vehicle from a different dealership Saturday!

Got a new Jeep from Joey Accardi in Pompano Beach

Purchased a new Jeep Sahara from Joey Accardi Chrysler Jeep this past week. Roger, in Sales did a fantastic job explaining the variously features and differences in the vehicles I was considering. He helped me narrow down what I needed in a Jeep to select the right model. Ricardo in Finance did a terrific job in finalizing the sale. We looked at the various options for purchasing the vehicle and the warranty and service packages Jeep offers. He was able to present a deal that made sense from both a purchase stand point and from a maintenance perspective. I definitely recommend this dealer if you’re in the market for a Jeep. See these guys first before you buy.

DISHONEST. RUN AWAY. I had my eye on a truck and scheduled an appointment to drive it. I showed up at the scheduled time and they informed me the truck was now priced $4,000 higher than advertised!! I've heard of 'dealer fees' (what a joke), but a $4K 'dealer fee', seems just a BIT exorbitant. The finance manager (not sure of his name) was condescending and told me "every dealer does this. do you want to test drive it or not?". DO NOT BELIEVE A SINGLE THING THEY ADVERTISE. ANYONE BUT JOEY ACCARDI.
