Worst Experience Ever
Worst experience ever. We found a truck online and called to see if it was still available as well as to confirm the details (mileage, price. etc) online were correct. I spoke with Jerry and he confirmed everything. We then drove 4 hours to the dealership prepared to trade. During our travel to the dealership I also received an email and text stating we would qualify for their "employee pricing". The salesman proceeded to tell us the price i saw was only available to those that met ALL criteria and the actual price was almost $11,000 MORE. I looked back at BOTH websites I found the truck on and neither mentioned any requirements, but rather noted "with dealership rebates and specials". No mention of qualifying requirements anywhere. We proceeded to see what our "deal" would be and ended up walking out as there was no price difference in their "original" high price but only to see random.numbers written on their form not calculating correct whatsoever with an ungodly final price. We will NEVER be back to this dealership and hope others can see the lies we experienced before they waste 8 hours or more of their day to travel here. *Note- It wasn't a financial issue on our end, I had already gotten pre-approval before we arrived through our bank*

Please Do not Shop Here!
If I could offer everyone $100 to not shop at Joey Accardi I would. I waited 3 months for my jeep. Now this is how disappointing my experience was. One month after I started to get info in the mail about warranties $1,200. So I started to call and cancel them. They said I had to go to the dealership. The F&I manager just put them in the deal and never told me I was getting them. Now the F&I is the one that sells the products he never presented them to sell just put them in the deal. Now some of this is my fault but after 4 hours of sitting around I just wanted to get out of there. I was able to cancel them but they let me know it could take up to 2 months for it to show on my lease price. Please do not shop at Joey Accardi.

Horrible Service, Nasty Attitude
Never contacted me back after numerous requests through Cars.com for information on a vehicle. I called them, and they had all my information and requests for the vehicle, just never did their part to answer my numerous requests. I asked for the price of the vehicle and explained I am high risk for Covid and needed to make the purchase virtually and they refused to even give me the price of the vehicle. They said I would have to come in to get the price. I told them, I already did the Credit Application online and only needed the price, and they refused to give me a price without me coming in. I told them, then I would have to get the vehicle from some where else, and they said "Ok" then disconnected my call.

Got a new Jeep from Joey Accardi in Pompano Beach
Purchased a new Jeep Sahara from Joey Accardi Chrysler Jeep this past week. Roger, in Sales did a fantastic job explaining the variously features and differences in the vehicles I was considering. He helped me narrow down what I needed in a Jeep to select the right model. Ricardo in Finance did a terrific job in finalizing the sale. We looked at the various options for purchasing the vehicle and the warranty and service packages Jeep offers. He was able to present a deal that made sense from both a purchase stand point and from a maintenance perspective. I definitely recommend this dealer if you’re in the market for a Jeep. See these guys first before you buy.

Lack of Professionalism and Candor
We were shopping for a Jeep under the Costco program. The rep assigned to us lacked professionalism and candor. Worst experience at a car dealership in 40 years.
