Joseph VW replaced the timing chain and tensioner along with the camshaft seal on my VW eos. I much appreciated the repair explanation from the service department and that the repair held to quoted price. To my delight, the car actually runs smoother and faster. Charging to much money. The service technicians always finds way to increase your bill from 800-1000 per visit. There was no Greg the day I was there. I needed basic Battery and brake pads but they found 800 dollars more on old piece of equipment. You cant ever reach service. You call get put on hold and nobody ever answers. You have to call several times to get service.Service should have their own number that we can use to call them directly had questions about what they were fixing. It is done on purpose. You never can leave without a bill between 800-1000. I am never going to go back to them anymore. They charge way to much. They are not worth it. Cant answer questions without acting snotty to you. There are other places that fix cars who are not nearly as expensive as Joseph Volkswagen. They make me sick everytime I use their service department and charge way to much. Every visit will be 1000 dollars or more. They find stuff and make it sound like an emergency so you will get it fixed right away. I am done doing that. Their prices are criminal going to find a better place where technicians are respectful and you won’t get charged more then 2 monthly mortgage payments in one visit. I am tired they suck,

I was pleasantly surprised with the leasing experience I received this week. I knew nothing about electric vehicles and Martin was extremely patient with me while he taught me everything I needed to know. I had some scheduling conflicts and Martin came in on his day off to make sure that I got the vehicle when I needed it. I will recommend this dealership, sales team and management to everyone I know
