Great experience buying my new Mercedes at Mercedes of

Great experience buying my new Mercedes at Mercedes of Birmingham. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Trent Tate and Nicholas Saban were very helpful and took the time to insure I was comfortable with the sale. Cannot say enough about the personal service I received. The hostess was so friendly and sweet. She made sure we had plenty to eat and drink. I hate buying new cars but these guys made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you for the great experience.

Found a great car at a good price.

Found a great car at a good price. The virtual buying experience was very easy. Reviewing financing and signing paperwork was efficient. Entire staff from Trent (Sales), Brooke (Finance), Kathy (Deli) and Darren (MB Store) was extremely courteous and friendly. I drove nearly 500 miles to pick up the car and it was well worth the trip!

I have doing business with this dealership and Eric Burks

I have doing business with this dealership and Eric Burks for a long time now. They are top drawer and know how to take care of you. Eric checks on you and solves any problem before it is an issue. He is great about helping you make right decisions about selling, trading, and buying a new car. Very knowledgeable. He is committed to you and he has become a great friend. I can’t imagine trading anywhere else.

Horrible Service Center - Buyer Beware!

The Service department at the Hoover location told me that I needed $7500 worth of repairs to fix an oil leak. Took my car to another Mecedes repair center and they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. Buyer beware! The Service department is trying to scam you out of your hard-earned money!

Best customer service, hands down.

Best customer service, hands down. Arsenio Eatmon was the best salesman ever. On my first visit, he made sure I was taken care of while I waited by allowing me to get free food from the Edgar's Bakery located inside the showroom. He was super patient and helpful. He even took the time to show me how to use an EV charging station for my new car. 5 stars all day long!

This place makes you feel like you are at a resort when you buy a car. Everyone is very calm, down to earth, and Cramer is excellent at showing you all the features of your vehicle in a simple way. I had the best experience working with Djiby Tall on my

I had the best experience working with Djiby Tall on my mom purchasing her new Mercedes-Benz car at the Irondale Mercedes-Benz dealership! This location is beautiful, and provides such awesome customer service from the moment you walk in the building! We received exceptional service from Djiby Tall our representative, it was greater than we could have ever expected, he was such a blessing to us! Prior to our appointment, Djiby intentionally listened to what my mother was looking for, and he had emailed her over many car options to review which was super helpful, so on the day of our appointment we knew exactly what we wanted to look at! From the moment we arrived at our appointment, Djiby greeted us with such kindness and was so patient showing us the cars within my mom’s budget and he beyond delivered! It was the most flawless and easy car buying experience I’ve ever had! What I loved most was the intentionally Djiby took to show my mom, (who is 68 years old) how to work all the super cool features of the car! He treated us like we were the only customers there.. he was simply the best and he is such an asset to this team! If you are ever in the market for a new car or even a certified pre-owned used car, definitely request Djiby Tall! I currently drive a Mercedes-Benz and after this experience, I cannot wait to trade in my current car when it’s time with Djiby! Thank you for helping my mom find the perfect car, Djiby!
