I purchased an end to end 10 years warranty, or so I was

I purchased an end to end 10 years warranty, or so I was told. Not true. My car is experiencing a significant drop in fuel efficiency. When I brought it in was told to clean the engine because it?s aluminum and builds up deposits! Do this annually. But, even though it?s maintenance. It?s not covered. It?s over $200 each year. That?s clearly a rip off if I?ve been promised I?d have no cost after such a big investment in the warranty. And this warranty can only be used at this dealership!!! Not disclosed.

Donovan was great at explaining process!! Drop off and pick up was very easy. Efficient process at check in. Appreciated the lift to Enterprise and the ride back to pick up my car.

Sean took great care of us and the service was great! My only concern was when we arrived no one came out for at least 10 minutes after my appointment time. They used to always come right out. Hopefully this dealership isn’t going to change their customer service. We have been going to this dealership for over 10 years

I took my Kia soul in for what turned out to be several

I took my Kia soul in for what turned out to be several recall repairs. I decided to wait for it. While I was waiting, I got several text messages from various departments of the dealership. These were not all about the service they were doing on my car, so it got a little confusing. Eventually, it became clear that there was one person in the service department, who was “in charge“ of my car. I went to meet with her to discuss the list of recommended services that were beyond the recall repairs. This came about from the whole vehicle inspection That the service department did. I was able to get a copy of the list of suggestions, and. Megan discussed them with me. The service on my car was complete, they washed it and I was done and ready to go. This dealership is very, very busy. The Waitinglounge was clean and comfortable. There was a nice coffee machine and bottles of cold water available. That was nice. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a relatively painless experience.
