Didn't even buy a car, but the experience was so good

Didn't even buy a car, but the experience was so good that I wanted to make sure others knew. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but the gentleman at the front was super helpful without being overbearing. He brought us over to look at the car, and literally stood back calmly to let us look for however long we needed but to still be available for questions. He was the same during the drive - mostly silent but pointing things out as needed/helpful. Most of all, he didn't try to sell us or bring us to an office once. Didn't end up buying here purely based on inventory, but I wish I could have. In a sea of shady dealers, these guys stood out as great.

One of the worst service experiences I've ever had.

One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. The service department here is completely unresponsive, unprofessional, and borderline deceptive. I initially reached out to get a simple part installed -- an ignition lock cylinder. I called, texted, and left voicemails, and got no response for days. When I finally reached someone, I was told they couldn't even quote me until they saw the vehicle. Fair enough -- I had the car towed in at my own expense. When I dropped it off, I very clearly explained the issue: * I needed a basic ignition lock cylinder * I already knew I'd have two different keys -- one for the door and one for the new ignition * I even asked if it was possible to get the cylinder keyed to match the door, so I'd only need one key for everything * And I explained that the radio harness had been removed, so the key fob never worked anyway The guy taking the intake looked completely lost, gave no clear answers, and acted like I was speaking another language. I chalked it up to him being the desk rep, not the mechanic -- and hoped the actual techs would understand the situation. Big mistake. Days passed. No updates. Then finally -- TWO WEEKS later -- I get a vague phone call telling me they'd be installing a "kit," but that the fobs they got wouldn't work because the car "doesn't have the module." EXACTLY what I told them when I dropped it off. They acted surprised, blamed me for "not telling them," and offered no breakdown of what was ordered or done. The rep couldn't explain what was in the "kit," why it was needed, or what exactly I was paying for. No paperwork. No transparency. When I asked for details on the price and parts, I got nothing helpful. Just a number. No explanation of labor, parts, or even what had already been done. I reluctantly agreed at the time, assuming maybe the high cost was because they were actually doing the right thing and getting the fob to work, and matching the cylinder to the doors. Nope. None of that. Now I'm being told the fobs don't work (duh -- I said that), the price is the same, and they'll throw in a 10% discount like that somehow fixes the fact that: * They ignored me for a week * Failed to listen to clear instructions * Ordered parts without verifying anything * Gave zero transparency * And wasted two full weeks of my time All while making it seem like I was the one not being clear. This is dealership pricing with dollar-store service. I've never felt more talked down to, ignored, and taken advantage of by a service department. The reps act clueless, the communication is laughable, and the accountability is nonexistent. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay far away. You'll get silence, confusion, overcharging, and excuses -- and they'll still try to make you feel like it's your fault. You've been warned

Overall I really like this dealership as they have always

Overall I really like this dealership as they have always been very nice and helpful when I come in for either an unexpected problem and/or routine maintenance. I mainly work with Megan and she is awesome and I love working with her because she listens to what I am explaining what might be an issue or not, and if she doesn't know she finds out quickly for me. She always has a friendly attitude along with everyone at that dealership.

Thank you Ira for your positive feedback.

Was supposed to check my car that was doing a weird

Was supposed to check my car that was doing a weird noise. Took few hours to make the diagnostics and then when had questions about the repairs: ignored my calls completely for 2 days!!!! Did not call me back or texted back, eventually I had to go there myself to get my car back without anything done on it, and for $200! That’s a joke and that’s the last time I’m going there to get my car checked. Completely stunned by the lack of professionalism and from an official dealership!!
