Organized, quick, and helpful
Cinthya was amazing to work with, she was quick and organized finding and bringing cars for me to test drive. Cinthya I could tell really knew her stuff, all the documents and contracts she knew inside and out. She confidently answered all my and my dads questions and never pushed us or made us feel rushed. Because of her I was able to find a car that is the best fit for me, under my budget, with lower miles than I expected. Could not recommend her or this location more?so happy and grateful!

Ford Explorer
The purchasing was fine. My only complaint is the girl said they do an inspection of the car before it leaves and tops off all the liquids, but they didn't check the windshield washer fluid and because of that we almost got in a accident on the freeway because it was snowing and we couldn't clean the window front or back. We took it in and they told us it would be a week before they would look at it. My husband gave them push back since we came in out of town for the car and had no way of getting around and were also leaving before that coming Friday. They got us in but took them 3 hours to unfreeze the washer fluid tank and weren't very apologetic. Blamed others for the issue even though they say they check everything before it leaves the lot.

Worthless organization!
Made an appointment to test drive a car they said was still on their lot. I arrived exactly at 10:00 a.m., walked up to the reception desk and I was informed that my appointment was change to 11:15 and that the car I was interested in was sold. They contacted repeatedly yesterday, but today not a peep when they'd moved the appointment and had sold the car. I spent $ getting a review of the car I wanted and they had already sold it. I also had to drive 30 minutes both ways, all a complete waste of time!

I can honestly say, I walked away, feeling I got the best deal possible. I did research before and drove across town (30 miles) to find that the car was as advertised as well as the dealership. I don't buy cars very often, but the experience was never this easy.
