The car I was looking at was gone when I arrived. The rep proceeded to show me cars out of my budget and of different body types than I wanted to see. I stated that I was looking for an suv 2014-2016 and he said that was going to be too hard to insure being so old, but started me off with a sedan from 2008 before bringing me over to 2021 vehicles.

Sam,the owner of American Auto Sales in Phoenix , personally waited on me. He took the time to make sure that i got the RIGHT car at the RIGHT price. The expert mechanics,body and paint shop crew went out of their way to see thartthe car I chose was in like new condition. And mo matterr the credit rating, Sa was there o help arrange low rate,low payments,if needed. I am a repeat customer and I rely on Sam. YOU CAN RELY ON SAM, TOO.

Sam was a straightforward guy who puts good deals together. It was a fair and no pressure deal. I am glad to have made a purchase from him and will do business with him again in the future.

Do not buy from here. We were supposed to buy a car and gave him our credit card info. We called to follow up and the guy whose name is Sam said he would call us back. We reached out again about the update with paying for the car and he said the car was sold. This guy is a snake and a scammer and I will never conduct business with him again.

Contacted regarding a vehicle they had, they do not do trade ins for vehicles that you owe money on. Most cars had restored salvage titles. Customer service over email was fine, never went to dealer in person

Sam is a nice person with exceptional human kindness. He is very trustworthy and makes you feel right at home. A no pressure buying experience.

I shouldn't write reviews at 4 AM....in my post about my experience I wrote about the value the Credit Union placed onnthe vehicle I purchased. It was valued TWICE the purchase price. Sorry for any confusion.

Sam was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I told him the cars I wanted to see and he then just let me wander the lot and take my time looking at them. Absolutely no pressure. It was such a different experience from buying at a regular dealer. The quality of work on the car was excellent, looks and runs perfect. I would definitely return.

We went in to look at a car that was already sold. We drove 4 cars and Sam never pressured us. We left and went to a big dealership. We went back, looked at another car a bought it.

Before buying here, I was worried about the integrity and how it would work out. I was very pleasantly surprised. So many places sell used cars "as-is". He gave us a short warranty, but enough that we had some time to see if it had any problems. There were a few very minor items, but the owner showed great integrity backing the warranty.
