They have you there for hours and said they still running financial. They let you drive the car and said come back the next day and things be settled... I go back the next day and they said we still working the paperwork and it be done the next day. They already told the down payment and you some paper and give temp insurance so you can drive the car.... The next day come, I received a phone call that it didn't go there and that you have to return the call...This place is good a xxxxxxxxxxxx people...They knew after running your credit creating all they negative credit on your credit, that I was not getting the car. Do not do not buy a car from this place...The only good thing I can said is that the person I spoke to was very nice and appear to be helpful.. But they will try to line you up with a sale person who can get your to buy there...So go there know what your wanted or already have your loan in place...

This place is the worst dealership I have ever experienced I bought a car from them April 21 -2016 outlander there was a lien on the car they said they fulfilled I ask for a car fax they wouldn't give us the car fax then did give us a car fax with the wrong cars information they are very sneaky people. they try to take advantage of you in there make you feel stupid about asking for a car fax and undermining you about thing you know a lot of information about! the sales manager TOM is a crumb! long story short the lien on the car wasn't fulfilled until April 26th spoke with the bank that had the title the title was mailed to them the 26th of April also, the dealership now will not answer or take my phone calls! to give me any information about my title I an currently driving around illegally they gave me the answer of if I get a ticket they will pay it! I have 2 kids really!?!? any way left work early and called everyone I possible could consumer affairs, attorney general office, NJ DMV, PA DVM and a tag place finally I will be getting my tags Monday after driving the car illegally for 4 more days. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! IF YOU DO BEWARE OF EVERYTHING THEY HAND YOU MAKE SURE IT IF THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR THE CARRECT CAR!!!!!!!!!!!
