My experience with Cherry Hill Mitsubishi is always a pleasant one. Your employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable. My check in is always fast and... accurate. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. Please keep up the good work
HE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! Ah where to begin with this place.... first of all avoid buying anything here. LIke ever. Complete... scam artists. Here are some of their favorite sayings "oh 100%" "we are totally taking care of it don't worry" OH I got you bro, no worries. 100%" . If you must buy here make sure to get EVERYTHING in WRITING because everyone will lie to your face to placate you in the moment and then ignore you and never deliver on promises. All sales and managerial staff members with the exception of Julian are con-artists and should regarded as such. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! Bought a vehicle here a month and a half ago that was running rough. They promised to fix whatever the issue was if i would pay the full amount they wanted. So i did, even the $1200 dollars in fees they tacked on. I knew it was crap but i paid with the hope they would fix things. I came back a week and a half later when they said it was fixed. The truck ran better so i decided to take it. Biggest mistake of my life. It died 10 miles later. After towing it back the same night, they fixed it the next day. Im pretty sure the first time around they did nothing, as when pressed for a bill of what they did they had none except an excuse. When speaking with Tom Blinesbury, a "manager" if you can call him that, he informed me he would reimburse me with a tow receipt which i provided. Multiple calls, emails etc went unanswered. You literally have to call and lie and say you are looking at a vehicle to buy(they ask if its about a vehicle already purchased or not....sketchy) so they will pass you on to who you want. I finally got a hold of Julian again and at this point I had EVEN MORE problems with my transaction with them. The title they sent me for my DIESEL truck says its a GAS. So i had to go to DMV to fix that which when purchasing the vehicle they said "i don't even have to go to dmv if i pay the $1200" Also the permanent tags i paid for run out a mere 10 DAYS after the paper tag dies. So Julian say he will take care of this and my other issues right away. Had another call after the weekend from him then the correspondence stops. I call the dealer and he was apparently fired the next day (presumably for being the only decent human who worked here). So back on to "no answer Tom". He answers and says he would take care of things which I believed to be true until today that is. When i called to check the status now a week later Tom seemed pissed to have to deal with me then proceeded to put me on hold for an HOUR until i finally hung up. Customer service indeed. A call to his "line" and no answer. So i decided to write this and hopefully save someone else time, money and the headache from dealing with these guys. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Apparently people's word means nothing anymore! Don't shop at Cherry Hill Mitsubishi they are shady and untrue to their word. I purchased my 2015 Mitsubishi... Outlander before Christmas last year and I had a mini van at the time and decided to give the van free of charge to my sales lady because she didn't have a car. I pulled the manager of the branch aside and told him that I wanted to give it to her as a gift but it had a power steering issue and I asked him if as a pay it forward would they fix the problem on the van so it's safe for her. He readily agreed and commended me for doing such a kind deed. Well turns out months later they never fixed the van. So I called and asked for that manager and he got in the phone. I told him who I was and that I was so disappointed that they never did as they promised to do. He then became nasty with me basically calling me a liar saying he never agreed to that started yelling at me and then proceeded to hang up on me!!! I can not believe how rude and disrespectful he was. Especially when I bought a $13,000 car from them. It's like they lied to me just to get me to buy the car and now that I have it he's acting like there was no agreement. I know it wasn't in writing but wow! Just wow! I'm so angry. People are horrible. How can they sleep at night?
We took our 2012 Outlander in for a recall and we left with a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. Our Sales Rep Tom couldn't do enough for us.
