These guys are the best!

These guys are the best!!! We went in, in a difficult position and they made sure we drove away from it!!!! This was the 2nd time we went there and after this experience, we will NEVER go anywhere else!! I highly recommend taking your business to Cherry Hill Mitsubishi! They made it painless and enjoyable unlike ALL the other dealerships, I felt like I was dealing with friends, they kept our needs and best interest up top, they made it work for US, it was what it was, with no surprises, and no pressure to go out of our comfort zone. We got what we went for, only BETTER! THANK YOU, SO MUCH!!!! We WILL be back again!!

Im reading how some people have had good experiences with

Im reading how some people have had good experiences with Cherry Hill Mitsubishi. I'm not having one. I have had 4 Mitsubishi's. Two from Cherry Hill. I just purchased my 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport on Oct 31. I wrote a review about them low balling me on my trade in which was 16,000 on Kelly Blue Book but they offered me 11,000. Now the issue is that I locked myself out of my new car. There was no indication the warm me that the key was in the ignition. Calling road side assistance is like delivering a baby. I had to have the county police come to open my car door. I'm not getting good gas mileage. I just filled up 2 days ago and haven't driven 50 miles and I'm at a quarter of a tank. With my trade in the dial wouldn't start moving until about 60 for driving allot more miles. I tried to get Google to make a call for me and it asked me literally 10 times who I wanted to call. Well the moral to the story is that I called the dealership to ask a simple question. Why was I able to lock myself out of the car without a warning. I got transfered around 6 times. I never got to talk to anyone. I was able to leave a message for a Travis. Who knows when I'll get a call back. After the first review that I wrote, they emailed me and asked for a good time and number to call me so that "we can fix this TODAY" Never got a call to just simply appease me. My feeling is that once you buy a car that's just it. You bought it. I have never been so ANGRY after purchasing a vehicle and feeling left out in the cold. Literally I was today. It must be a computer issue. There's no way I should have been able to lock myself, be losing gas and being asked by Google over and over, "Who do I want to call. If this was Macy's or Bloomingdale's, that car would be right back on the lot. So I'm going to see if I get a call back to answer my first simple questions about locking my keys in the car. If you're a woman trying to buy a car, please take a man or someone knowledgeable about purchasing cars. Otherwise you might be taken advantage of financially. Not only that, as soon as I sat down at the dealership they came out with a piece of paper telling me what my payments would range before doing a credit check. They didn't appraise my car just threw a random trade in amount 5,000 less that the car was worth. Who does that to their customers. Can't even talk to anyone when you need to. If I never buy another car from Cherry Hill Mitsubishi it will be too soon. However, I want answers and I want a solution.

First Service

Came in for my first routine service on my 2023 Mitzu and got taken care of promptly at the counter and was out before the hour was over. So far so good!!!

Best Experience! So apparently Rodents chewed through the covering and a major harness under the hood of my Outlander causing gear change and electrical unit to go out of whack. So Grateful to have worked with Denny from CH Mitsubishi Service. Most understanding, Compassionate person I’ve dealt with over at Mitsubishi. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family. That man deserves a raise!! The service was quick, affordable and a Blessing! Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic Experience!

Great place to buy a vehicle for new or used peopf
