I would definitely shop for another vehicle at Cherry Hill Mitsubishi. Communication was great beginning with text messages I exchanged with employees once I identified the car I was interested in online. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable, and particular praise for Christian Chavez who went above and beyond securing some missing backseat headrests for my vehicle that I didn’t know were missing until after I got home.

Repair work is great!!! When it comes to the sales dept of trading in. Not so much. I felt as if they were all about the sale and not the person! I understand it is buisness but as a business it would be nice ro keep your customer in mind as well. They tried ro push me into a car for 650 dollars! And i said i couldnt afford that with other bills and still it was a push! After i was told We will try and get u in the new car for 480 they came back with 650!!! Not what i agreed too. Wasnt the best experiemce i had at all. When i said no they went to a used vehicle. 2019 which would have been 500! I have a 2017 i pay 380 for. I do understand credit is a factor as well but fhe pushyness was not a fan of.

I want to thank you for the great customer service. The staff William was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I was a victim of car theft and my catalytic converter was stolen off my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Not only William was very honest with me about my car but he always returned my calls to let me know what was going on with my car. This is my first time coming here and I am greatly impressed and appreciate your help.

the people are really cool here and the service is on time for your appointment. They are very perfessional and friendly. The bathrooms are very clean and the waiting rooms are clean.

I just bought the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander and it is the car of my dreams! I had a specific color in mind that wasn’t on the lot so they worked their magic and were able to get me the car I really wanted and in a very short time! Everyone at this dealership was wonderful to work with, especially Tony! He made my car buying experience a great one and was very knowledgeable on all of the great features this vehicle has to offer. I had my 07 Mitsubishi Outlander at Cherry Hill Mitsubishi for oil change and for front rattling noise. Alvin Cedeno, the service advisor did a very good job with the scheduling and paperworks. Job was done ahead of time. I always go this dealer for service on my 07 Outlander and 19 Mirage. Alvin always calls ahead for anything that needs to be done and always calls when the vehicle is ready to be picked up.

Angela was amazing this is my second vehicle from this dealership. Angela was very honest with what type of deal she could get for me. When I decided to return I asked for Angela she remembered selling me my first car I was excited that I returned to her it was such a great experience
