I drove from Montgomery, Al to Gravity Autos in Sandy Springs to purchase a Mercedes Benz CLA250. My sales person was Taylor Camp. Taylor was very helpful, professional and it seemed very popular. When we got to the dealership, not only was he dealing with me and my purchase, but with four other people making purchases that day. Even with all of that, the buying process for me didn't take more than 40 minutes. I am really pleased with my CLA250!! Thanks again Taylor!!

WELL....I never heard from them yet...?????not even an email. There was a service failure somewhere they need to address for internet inquiries. Does the Sales Mgr review the net inquiries and share at staff mtgs with owner to view bang for buck in internet advertising. I am...still looking

I like to get right to the point, I'm a very very straight shooter. With that being said, I just want everybody to know that I will never do business with any other dealership. My sales consultant was Brandon and I bought a beautiful Porsche from him with the help of Sam. Brandon did not give up and Sam is a business man and will NOT let you leave unless you are happy! Don’t purchase a car from these people, base on my personal experience. I purchased a car with a lot of problems once I drove it off the lot. They repaired one of the many problems after nine phone calls. On the others, they refuse to communicate, because they have made a sale. There is no service after the sale of a car, they just refuse to answer the phone and send the call to a recorded message.

Happy with the service that everyone gave me. Everyone helped me so much and that's the reason why I always come back. It's also a plus that they have good coffee lol. Thank u Gravity
