Amazing customer service

We live in MB and found a BMW online. We called and spoke with Moe and he was very prompt and professional. When we arrived at the dealership we had the pleasure of dealing with Oliver. He was so friendly and accommodating. Then we dealt with Richard(financing) and he was just as friendly and eager to help. Customer Service is very important to us and if you are looking to purchase a " sweet ride" and receive the royal treatment, Gravity Motors Atlanta is the place! Bobby & Lisa

A very Frustrating experience

I'm from Michigan. I found the car online. The salesman was really polite. They said they would get back with me the next day. I was even willing to put a deposit down sight unseen because it was the year/model/mileage I wanted. When I didn't hear from them, I called back the next day and was told, that they sold it the day before.

Great saleperson and great experience

My wife and I saw a vehicle on the USAA Auto Circle site and contacted a Gravity rep. It was a great experience after that. They contacted me an made sure the vehicle was for us. I was in north Mississippi handling business before I caught the MegaBus to the ATL an a Uber ride to close the deal. Ryan D was a awesome consultant.

Excellent Sales Experience - Honest & Professional

I recently purchased a used car from Gravity Autos Sandy Springs and had a great experience. My wife was recently in a car accident and totaled her car. I suddenly needed to get a used car very quickly and was very nervous going to a used car dealership. At Gravity Autos they showed me several options and made the car buying process very easy. The next day after taking my car home it started making these horrible screeching sounds whenever I would turn the wheel to the right. I went to the manufacturer car dealership and they told me the entire power steering needed to be replaced and it would cost over $3,000. I brought the car back to Gravity Autos they inspected the car and fixed the real issue with the car which was that the brakes needed to be re-calibrated. They did all of this for free and the car is now as good as new. I really appreciate that they stood by the sale and did the right thing. All without me having to argue or fight with them. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car and great customer service.

2013 Ford Edge

I went in yesterday, 08/13/16, to view and test drive a 2013 Ford Edge. After which I proceeded to finance. I was very impressed with the location and staff. I felt very comfortable and next to no pressure sales. Jeff Carlisle was my sales rep, who was extremely knowledgeable and allowed us to make our own decisions without the stress of pressure sales. My husband and 13 yr old were very comfortable in the waiting room. A large TV, comfortable seating, and beverages/snacks. Overall, I would highly recommend this location for future purchases. The only reason I could not give 5 stars was no fault of the dealership or staff. Our wait time to complete the sale was a little long. The state site was down for tagging. Mike, our finance guy, worked diligently to appropriately tag our new vehicle even with the system errors due to the state organization. Also, we purchased on a Saturday and of course expected long wait times due to the business of the location. I believe if the state system had not been down, we would have been in and out within a 3 hour experience. Which included the test drive :) Thanks so much!! Jamie McDougald

Purchased A great vehicle here!

Bought a used 2013 Ford Explorer Sport thru this dealer! Bought it online without ever seeing or driving the vehicle. Put my full trust in Jeff the salesman! He was very friendly and won my confidence ! Was so happy with the service and the price...... I flew down from MInnesota and am currently driving the vehicle back home to northern Minnesota!! Love the vehicle! It was everything they said it was! Great trip and current adventure to get car! :)

Just great staff awesome, knowledgeable and honest.

For reasons already mentioned above and more. Worked with Stanley Manager, George sales, Sheri finance. All were very helpful at every phase of this sale of Mercedes-Benz C250 Coup. I believe they gave me a nice deal. I love the Car. Thanks again everyone, hey deserve another nice lunch.

Great vehicles & customer service

I love my car (2007 saturn sky) it looks brand new, low miles, & drives great! The service was great, I was treated like royalty!!! These guys are amazing!!!

A professional and honest car buying experience

I was looking for a dependable and stylish first car for my son. Already apprehensive of the car buying experience, I decided to look into Gravity Autos solely based on their excellent internet price. I had my fill this week of small car dealers having third rate cars reeking of smokers and shady salesmen who misrepresent what they can offer. Gravity Autos was a refreshing premier buying experience. Jeff was courteous and honest with every detail of the car. He answered all my questions. He understood my concerns. Addressed the items he could and explained terms that were inflexible. He researched information on the internet to educate me on possibilities. Jeff went above and beyond to assist. He hand delivered the car in time to surprise my son and included a thoughtful birthday card from everyone at Gravity Autos. Often people remark that after purchasing a car, they feel ashamed or disappointed. In my case, I felt confident that I got the perfect car at the right price from a dealership I will absolutely shop with again.
