From my Sunday emails to set up a Monday test drive, through the entire ‘process’, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of everyone I came in contact with. No ‘bait and switch’ — as the exact vehicle that I wanted to see was available for a test drive. Simple, easy, open communication the entire time. Had made an appointment for service on my car. Was called and told it was considered an emergency to bring the car in now. The next morning I received a call telling me what was wrong and the estimated cost. After I approved the parts were ordered. Two days after this call my car was fixed. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with were very professional and nice.

I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander at the West Herr Ford in Webster, NY. I am very pleased with the sales person and his thorough understanding of my needs. I needed an oil change tag after the purchase and was adequately and quickly responded to by the service staff. The vehicle was adequately cleaned and prepared for me.
