Overpriced!

Overpriced!!! They overcharge for everything!!! Never going back …. The customer service was good but the prices they charge for service is ridiculous…. Sincerely a customer that never coming back !!

I have been to west here ford of Rochester previously and every time,everybody are fabulous.My salesperson and finance manager bent over backwards for me!They would probably jump thru a hoop if I asked!lol,but seriously they are phenomenal!

I recently bought a vehicle from West Herr.

I recently bought a vehicle from West Herr. Kayla and the team a West Herr were exceptional. I found a vehicle that I absolutely love and they worked their magic. I was approved and drove home my new vehicle the same day. I will definitely send my family and friends to Kayla at West Herr.

We are deeply disappointed in the service we received

We are deeply disappointed in the service we received from our salesman, whom we have bought from several times before, along with complete lack of response received from one of the other locations regarding a vehicle of interest. We acknowledge we are not able to purchase the highest priced vehicle in the lot, but if you tell us that you will look for a vehicle to fill our needs, wait an entire week before contacting us again, call that you have a potential prospect but wanted to verify some details and will get back to us, now going on 2 weeks, hear nothing, now 3rd week and still nothing? Please don’t bother to even pretend that you are interested in working with us again. There might be someone else who truly is someone who cares enough to help us that really would. I needed that prospect sooner than later as I explained, for my work and for my family. I’m disappointed that as a salesman you pretended to care . We had previously thought very highly of you and your dealership. Apparently you are too busy making tons of money with higher class customers than us.

They were very good with getting my truck in right away,

They were very good with getting my truck in right away, also checking up on my appointment before I drop it off. They didn’t take long to find out what my problem with truck was! And they gave a nice new vehicle to drive while they were working on mine
