Today I went for an oil change in my 17 Ford escape. I was taking an immediately.The I staff there are always professional and knowledgeable. I have always had good service with what I think is a fair price.

Very pleasant visit to the service dept. Comfortable waiting area, and informing staff. Really is Quick service as they advertise. Good coffee machine, never have seen one. Quite like it.

Service department was excellent from the time I got there to when the service was completed. I can't say enough good things about the quality and professionalism of the Service Department at West Herr !

WOW!! Surprised on how giving a company is yet so terrible to those dealers that they sell those trades to, Dealers that support them, have helped them get to this position in their business. I have purchased a LOT of vehicles from this company and after several deals that have gone really bad due to their "West Herr Guarantee" I will no longer trust this company. This is my personal and professional warning to all dealers who have done business with this company...especially those buyers at the auction in Erie PA where West Herr represents their cars with this xx "West Herr Guarantee" Totally a scam that really means you are buying the car "AS-IS" while at the same time displaying a "Green Light" that represents a safe purchase from major defects. Poor Business...so sad.

Went to have car inspected with no appointment…was taken care of right away…excellent customer service……..

Not customer oriented bad customer experience very disappointing experience Charles was not helpful at all came back with multiple estimates only to total my vehicle would never return to this business

Cody was very easy to work with. He brought the car to our house and we never had to leave the house to complete the deal. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything

Not pleased with service after the sale, also finance manager as difficult to deal with. Had a bedlner installed; first one was incorrectly done, second has the same issue. Very difficult to get in touch with the service department, when I finally did they had an open slot 10 days away but refused to let me wait for my vehicle. Sales people were good but will not go back to that dealer!
