Sales Associate was knowledgeable, personable & listened

Sales Associate was knowledgeable, personable & listened to our needs. Demonstrated both of the cars in which we were interested. When we discussed internet pricing versus sticker pricing worked to resolve issue. We wound up purchasing car when we had intended to look only. Would highly recommend them.

This was my first time buying a new car and Deshawn out

I had a schedule appointment to see a vehicle, I test

I had a schedule appointment to see a vehicle, I test drove a 2025 Nissan Versa SR. I was going to trade in my car and they made jokes that I should drive my car into a lake or even burn my vehicle in order to get approved for a new car. Unacceptable and Unprofessional. I would not recommend Crest Nissan.
