My review 100% honesty
Well to be honest.. I seen the car listed on cars.com about one hour before the car lot closed.. Really was jus interested in seeing the car didn?t want to really speak with anyone so I took a trip to the lot knowing no one would be there when I got there.. I searched the entire lot and the car was nowhere to be found.. I then scheduled an appointment to come look at the vehicle, on a Thursday morning, before I could get to my scheduled appointment they called me and said the car had been sold... Today I got an email saying I missed my scheduled appointment .. so yea wasn?t the best experience, now they?re trying to sell me something I don?t want..

Worst service department-
Took my 2016 car in for warranty repairs on 7-22-17. No contact from the dealer for 5 days- I called them on 7-28 and they said they are having trouble getting parts for the sunroof repair. So after numerous unreturned messages to the service department on 7-31, 8-1, and 8-2, after about 10 calls finally got a service advisor on the phone and they told me to come get my car that they weren't able to get the correct parts to fix it. So my car was in the shop for 12 days, 8 business days, and they can't get parts ?? Worst part is they wouldn't even call me back to tell me the status of the repairs. NEVER AGAIN - THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE WORST

Most Positive Experience
My experience at Jim Shorkey Ford was a very positive one. Liz Drake and Chris Barnes (who was training) were very knowledgeable and were able to answer every question I had without hesitation. When I spoke with Chris a few days before I visited the dealership, he was able to find the exact car I wanted. He studied the car from front to back and on our test drive, he knew everything about my new car. Not one question went unanswered. Liz and Chris made my family feel at home. We were comfortable the entire time during our transaction. They went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. The gentlemen who details the cars was not working the day of my purchase, so Liz went out herself and detailed my new car. This amazed me. I am very pleased and will refer friends, family and co-workers to Jim Shorkey. Thank you Liz and Chris. I am now in my dream car!!!

Out Of State Purchase
Came in from Baltimore to visit family in Pittsburgh. I have been looking for a great end of year deal on a F150, XLT. I have been researching for 2 months and since I was home for the Christmas, I thought I would check out the local dealer back in the Burgh. Eureka! I found exactly what I was looking for. Keith ,my sales rep did a fantastic job on site. The truck ran beautifully all the way back to "lovely" Baltimore. Also, the people there were very knowledgeable, polite and made the logistics of an out-of-state purchase quite painless. I definitely would recommend this dealer to buy your next new car or truck.
