Brought vehicle in for recalls. Warranty running boards and to replace tpms monitors on new custom wheels . Asked to save the old “new”sensors so I could... receive credit for them and to return parts to me in good condition. They had to remount and balance tires to Do this , have brand new $3000 fuel rims a month old. They put them in a rim clamp using inner metal clamps and destroyed the finish on my new wheels, broke every tpms sensor making it impossible to receive credit for them and then denied damaging my wheels and the service manager accused me of lying saying that the brand new wheels came in like that . They also “ misplaced or lost “ my running boards sitting there waiting for my installation. Refused to take responsibility but agreed to have wheels refinished “ not replaced “ while still calling me a liar . And do not want to work on my vehicles anymore because they cannot accept responsibility for screwing up my equipment

I went in and the first thing I noticed was how nice everyone was being, especially with coronavirus it’s nice to get treated like a human. Overall good... experience although I didn’t find the right car for me.

Good service with the customer. Was at the dealership till dark and hadn’t eaten dinner. The salesman went and got us burgers. Everybody will help you... out with anything.

I was shopping for a new vehicle. I seen a vehicle that I liked on their website. It was late in the afternoon on a Saturday and I just planned on going... and looking at the vehicle. When I got to the dealership I was met in the lot by Emily. I told her what I was looking for and she said take your time and just let me know if I seen something I liked and she would get the keys. I found the vehicle I liked and we took it for a test ride. I liked the vehicle and told her I would come back Monday to see what we could work out because I knew they closed at 5 and it was almost that time. She stated no we can see now. All the staff stayed and worked everything out. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle going to Jim Shorkey Ford.
Emily Cranes was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I did not come in to buy a car but left with a brand new one. I would recommend anyone to go and... see her for service. She made whole process easy as pie no pressure. Thanks again for everything

I purchased my F150 from Jim Shorkey in 2015. That experience was OK, but since they moved to the White Oak location, I've been working with Matt in... the service department, and it's unquestionably the best auto maintenance service I've experienced in 40 years. I'll definitely continue servicing my truck ( and the next one ) at Jim Shorkey.

I purchase a 2011 Ford Ranger in 2016 specifically for the warranty “life time” or so they said. I changed the oil , well before the milage but 2 months... after the 6months limit. I took it to Jim Shorkey for the inspection all was fine. I saw the the warranty on the table and called them . They told me that since I didn’t get the oil changed at this dealer ship(although at a different ford dealer , closer to home.) it was voided. Needless to say disappointed in this marketing tactic.
We enjoyed the purchasing process & our sales rep Teresa. No sales pressure. She was excellent. Also Tony in finance, was great. We live in Gibsonia but... would go the distance for our next purchase.
