Great buying experience!

Jim Shorkey Ford in McKeesport did a wonderful job of putting my truck deal together. Katie Morcheid did a great job of keeping me informed, but making me comfortable while I was working through a buying process that I dragged on for almost a year! Alex Cole then very patiently showed me the vehicles that I was looking for, plus some others that I might want to compare. Then, when I decided on the perfect F-150, he expedited the installation of the accessories that I wanted and had the truck ready for delivery in only two days! This was certainly not the easiest sale they have had, as I was trading in two vehicles and I am a former car dealer! Great job for all involved! Thank You!

Great Sales Staff - Beware of the Referral Program

I Bought a used vehicle from Joe - Great Salesman - the car was not on the lot when I arrived, but he took the time to track it down and we went to look at it. No issues - financing was quickly approved, paperwork signed and keys in hand - out the door, the entire process took.. maybe 4 hours - There was an open Recall - Joe made arrangements to have the car picked up at my home, and dropped back off, no lost time for me.. Even Better.- Now... It's been about a month since I bought, - and my Sister in Law Still has not received her referral check. I called, twice -- and no return call - She now tells me that I am third person that she has referred to Shorkey - and she as NOT received 1 referral check from them -

Bought a used car

I have dealt with Jim Shorkey before. This time I went to the McKeesport branch. They held the car for me until I sold my Dodge Journey. Everything was ready for me. My salesman was very thorough and the manager extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and went over the Kia Rio with me. Also got me better financing than I previously had. Altogether, a very good buying experience.

Reasonable Payments and GREAT Staff!
