No help from parts department
Horrible support. I contacted the parts department for help in determining which part I needed for my Mazda Miata top latch. It is a tricky year since there is a different part depending on build date. The parts guy confirmed that he could get the right part, but refused to give me the part number! He said they don't give out part numbers because they want to lock you in to buying from them. Pretty sleezy. That means I can't get support for my vehicle from the dealer unless I actually buy parts directly from them.

Good Service Department
Good service department but their online scheduling tool for service needs a lot of improvement. Was texted a confirmation link that took me to another non Dennis Dillon dealership. Work was done quickly with no issues. I have been doing business with them off and on for years and I have found them to be pretty reliable.

The service is just plain excellent
My car was having a problem and It needed service. George came right up to me and I was able to tell him the problem and it was taken care of from then on. The people are very friendly and very helpful And I don’t dread trying to get my car in for service.

George helped me with my service. He was friendly and helpful. He kept me informed and finished my service quickly. He was polite and respectful. Very good experience taking my car In for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything seems to be working fine. Ok.
