Shopping for a new car

Derrick, salesperson at Dennis Dillan, was great. He treated me with such respect. Other employees were very nice too. This was the first new car I have purchased so the thought was somewhat overwhelming. I’ll probably be stopping in at the dealership often for help learning all the ‘tech’ stuff.

Worked with a great sales person, but the integrity of...

Worked with a great sales person, but the integrity of the organization is lacking. We were interested in a used vehicle and working through the process as they were doing inspections and mechanical updates. Another sales person was able to sneak the vehicle out of the service department, let someone test drive it before it was ready and sold it, while we were waiting and working through the sales process.

Senior Citizen Friendly

Respectful and courteous service representatives. As a senior citizen, I appreciate service reps that don't talk down to me by using "Elder Speak". They respect me at KIA Dennis Dillon service department, and I return there every time I need service on my KIA. Just ask for Tyler Sanderson and you will be dealing with the best.

Great service.

Terrible experience with service dept.

I called for a quote on a catilytic convertor. David was the service rep that I talked to. I had a diagnosis from one of his competitors. David then asked me why I was calling him and was mad and very rude. Is giving a competive quote to a customer against company policy?

Great Experience!

My credit has been an issue and I have struggled to find a dealership that is willing to work with someone in my circumstance. The salesman I worked with did a great job and was diligent and friendly every step of the way and never made me feel discouraged. Great experience and will come again in the future!

Mom's new cx5

Really nice car and pleasant people. Process was lengthy (almost 5 hours) for a cash sale. My mom is very pleased with her new mazda cx5.
