I was in need a new car and Nino helped make it happen! It was an easy going experience, I found the car I was looking for, filled out paperwork and I was ready to go.

We searched for a week to find the best deal on 2 Kia Souls. We looked in Nv, Ut, and other locations in Idaho. Found the best price and the most helpful salesperson( Bobby Horton). Bobby helped us purchase custom accessories. It is nice to have a salesman walk you thru the process as smoothly as ours did. We really like our Kia Souls. Thanks Dennis Dillion Kia.

We purchased a Kia and was very impressed with our salesman. I called him on the phone and he gave us the facts then saved the car for us until we could drive up to Boise to pick it up.

I was able to get the car I wanted within the price range that I needed and Dennis Dillion made it all possible. They were not too pushy and didn't show me anything that I didn't need. I would recommend them to anyone buying a new car!

We bought two souls at Dennis Dillon KIA and Bobby was phenomenal. I would have given 5 stars but the finance person we worked with was manipulative. We were very clear about our budget and he told us he would help us work in our budget but failed to include our 8000 down payment as part of that budget. I recognize we all have jobs to do but let's be decent. He also did the paper work wrong on one of the cars and we had to come back and resign them the next day. He didn't even catch the error, we had to. Once again Bobby was the best but be careful when you sign on the dotted line in the back office.

Worst service center I've ever used. They fused my back door shut, had terrible customer service, and were unfriendly. I don't recommend anyone using this service department.

We were in the market for a 5 passenger economic new car with a space in the back for a dog. And we had looked at every dealer in town. My husband is very tall, 6'7", and it is important to find a car that has enough head room and is comfortable. Every car that we looked at, even if the headroom was adequate, the front window was tilted back so far that his line of sight was right where the window joined the roof, and although he could see, it was annoying. Then we hit the Soul and all our problems were solved. The perfect fit. And the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and would gladly return in the future.

Terrible weather the day I purchased the vehicle but the overall experience was great. Rich did a great job showing me the car's features. I would buy another car from Dennis Dillon.
