I asked for a out the door price on a Kia Soul, and they did not respond. I needed the total price for the bank.

awesome experience.

I had a great experience this week at Dennis Dillon Mazda. Literally no hassle, everyone was very nice and honest, and they helped get me the price I wanted. My salesperson (Rick) let me test 2015 and 2016 models of the Mazda I wanted, and walked me through the entire process. He & his sales crew explained every step of the purchase, and got me all the rebates I qualified for. Definitely a great place and I would recommend anyone who wants a Mazda or Kia to go there!!

No help at all!

I wanted a price for everything right out the door. I let them know the one I wanted, but I never did get the information that I requested. I live 230 miles away and wanted my bank to be able to have a check for the exact amount of purchase. I thought it would be easy to purchase a car this way, but it wasn't.
