My husband and I went to test drive cars today for our growing family. We went to Dennis Dillon Kia and were immediate met by Zach! I should start by saying I absolutely hate car shopping because of the salesmen always being so pushy and demanding they know best. Zach was quite the opposite of that, and boy was it refreshing! He did a great job of getting the info he didn’t know, and also LISTENED to our must haves, would be nice to have, and our don’t wants. We have quite the unique situation and will not be ready to purchase for a few weeks and Zach was phenomenal in listening and not pushing a sale upon us when we weren’t ready. I can assure you we will be back to make our purchase with Zach in 4-6 weeks when we are ready! Thank you Zach for not being like the rest of the “bully” salesmen!

I had a very sticky situation and they helped me through the whole thing! They were amazing! Saved my credit and got me in a new car! I don’t know what I would’ve done without their help! So bought a 2 year old car with 13,000 miles on it from Dennis Dillon in Boise and a tire was flat the next day. Had slow leak which I'm sure the dealer knew about. Went to put the spare on and there was no spare or Jack. Dennis Dillon claims that used cars do not have to come with spare tires and they won't give me one. And they would never return a phone call. 7 phone calls and not 1 returned. So I have to spend 400 and some dollars on the spare tire kit that came with the car when it was new. I would never buy another vehicle from Dennis Dillon.

Hands down the best car shopping experience I have had. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful, they even played with my toddler to entertain his busy self. John (Vegas) was so helpful and genuinely fun to be around, and Rachel in financing was just as amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer when the time comes again. Thank you Dennis Dillon and all of the amazing staff there!

We tried to purchase a vehicle at this dealership we did the application on line to get ahead of things and we got approved for a loan true a credit union but they told us in order for the credit union to give us the loan at a good rate we needed to purchase a 4k extra warranty plus gap insurance the last time we checked financial institutions don't require the customer to buy this in order to get finance. Definitely an old dealership trick to make extra money from the customer. Did not purchase Won't recommend this dealership

Joey did a great job in helping me find a car! Everyone was super friendly and they made the process enjoyable! Great customer service. Would definitely go back to purchase a car in the future!
