Dealer tries to throw on an $1800 charge that they don’t tell you about until last minute. Just read all the other 1 star reviews. You’re probably good if you’re buying a brand new car, or if you’d like to be forced to buy an extended warranty.

I want to start out by saying that our salesman, Nat, was fantastic. Where this falls apart is with their finance guy, Jared. They refused to honor a verbal agreement from the day before, even though Nat was there to witness what was told to us. When we questioned Jared about it during final paperwork he was unbelievably rude, condescending, and quite frankly, misogynistic. I worked very hard to help my elderly parents find a car that would work well for them and I am completely aghast at what a horribly unprofessional finance manager they allow to continue working there. I have been warning everyone I know to stay as far away from this dealership as possible!

Unethical, unprofessional, rude, and dishonest general

Unethical, unprofessional, rude, and dishonest general manager. They will not honor any verbal agreements and could/ would increase/ change the price of the car at the last minute without a logical explanation, or apology

Very unprofessional, multiple cars that they have on

Very unprofessional, multiple cars that they have on their websites are not the correct models they have on their lots. Went to go test drive a car I was specifically looking for only to find out it was a different model from the website all together.

I had nothing but good experiences when I went.

I had nothing but good experiences when I went. It was end of the month and got a great deal. My sales guy Caleb wasn’t pushy and easy to work with. Financing was easy but it did take awhile (a few hours to get everything wrapped up). I had already done my research and knew what a good deal looked like for the car I was looking for. The shot straight and I walked away happy.

Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service, I

Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service, I called to work a deal for a vehicle they have in stock I spoke with a salesperson named Brandon around noon, He said he would talk to he sales manager and ge back to me, I had to call back six hours later to beg to buy he vehicle I was told he was "busy" and would call me back, however; He never did but I am glad I didn't buy it, two of my close friends had really bad experiences with he same misleading and malpractice with their pricing, they come up with dubious service charges of $1,200 for an "extensive shop treatment on the vehicle" most dealers roll any charges into the advertise price like Larry H Miller just next door, no wonder why Dahle group will never grow and only have few stores, stay away from this place and save your self money and time.

Deceitful Dealership

This place is very deceitful and full of liars do not do business with them. I purchased a 2018 Escalade that was shipped to me and the condition it came was terrible and they made it seem like so what and didn’t want to compensate me for any of the damage. I'll start with all the issues •The contract I signed had about 45k miles not almost 52k miles, for me that more than a years worth of driving. •The windshield is cracked which I think was deliberately not disclosed until the very last minute when transport arrived and they said they'd cordonate with safe lite to fix. •A sizable hole in the driver side carpet. •The right rear door on the passenger side gets stuck when you open it. •The rims are scuffed up pretty bad. •The back top tail light doesn't work and is filled with water. •The left head rest on the 3rd row seats is broken. •The carpet between the 2nd row and 3 row is not secure and flaps up. •There is what looks like 2 cigarette or lighter burns on the same door that is difficult to open on the arm rest, •The car also smells like mold/mildew. •The arm rest behind the driver side is extremely hard to lift up put down and has a size able hole on the side of it. •Not all the tires are matching. • The leather is more worn than my 2009 with over double the miles on it. •The air vent in the 3rd row top on the left side is broken so I can't control it back there for my kids. • There is gum in the corner of the driver side hand rail where the window panels are at that is stuck to the side. • Cracks on both sides of the Captain seats in the back. •Numerous dents, dings, holes and scratches around the vehicle. •There is plastic sticking out of the top of the TV/Nav screen. I haven't had a chance to check all the outlets and chargers, the computer components to make sure those are all properly functioning, as I've been very busy with work, my grandmother funeral and my sons bday so I'm hoping to do that today so it's possible I still find more underlying issues that were not disclosed to me. Yet I was charged something like 2800 for a "car wellness package to ensure the car had all working components to it." They said my vehicle wasn't in expected condition? First off I'm not a mechanic your dealership has working mechanics, my car is mechanically sound, so we can do tit for tat cause the one I bought is far worse in condition "than I expected" and it's only 5 years old my car is 15 years old the wear and tear on my vehicle is expected and nothing out of the ordinary for a vehicle of its age.

The people are nice, but it has taken over two months to finalize my lease buyout after spending 5 hours in their office speaking with real people. Because of this delay, from what I understand to be on the part of the financial services team here - I had two back payments on the car thru Mazda financial services. This was never communicated to me in any way - and thus was reported as a late payment - dropping my credit score over 60 points and piling on late fees. I've sent daily texts and e-mails to this group in an attempt to reconcile, but two months later, I'm still trying to untangle the mess.
