The people are nice, but it has taken over two months to

The people are nice, but it has taken over two months to finalize my lease buyout after spending 5 hours in their office speaking with real people. Because of this delay, from what I understand to be on the part of the financial services team here - I had two back payments on the car thru Mazda financial services. This was never communicated to me in any way - and thus was reported as a late payment - dropping my credit score over 60 points and piling on late fees. I've sent daily texts and e-mails to this group in an attempt to reconcile, but two months later, I'm still trying to untangle the mess.

Don't waste your time

Please go to another dealer where they will treat you with respect. Employees can’t keep their promises. I was promised my car would be cleaned upon pickup. The car had trash under the seats and inside the cup holders. When my temp tags were about to expire, I had to move heaven and earth just to get an extension. Several employees promised to follow up with me – no one did. I had to visit the lot several times just to get a temporary extension. Three months after purchase, I still had no update on getting my plates or title. I had to call to get a second extension to my temp tags. Once again, I was promised a follow up and never got it. Then I got pulled over with expired temp tags, luckily the officer had pity on me due to the exceptional incompetence of this dealership.

Read the reviews

I inquired about a used vehicle listed at $30,898 and when I received the purchase order, I was told the selling price was actually over $32K because there is a 'worry free' inspection of the car prior to sale. By the time all of the options were added on, my cost had gone from $31K to over $40K. Inspecting a vehicle prior to selling it should be an included part of service, not something extra I have to pay for.

Service dept is very dishonest.

Service dept is very dishonest. Bought tires and they hooked me with a free rotation. I trusted that what they said they’d do. Unfortunately they didn’t put it in writing. My bad

This is the worst most dishonest car dealership I have

This is the worst most dishonest car dealership I have ever dealt with. Three times they tried to deceive me with extra line items on the car price and trade in value. These people are crooks and I can’t believe they can still sleep at night. Michael is new there apparently but he was not nice and super shady. I feel used and abused by these crooks. They should all go to jail.

Very poor experience.

Very poor experience. Dismissive salesmen who are shady and secretive about pricing of vehicles and disguise their extended warranty ($2k extra on top of other fees) under their “worry-free inspection” and act like it’s mandatory (extended warranties are never mandatory). Gave them an offer on a car and they said their manager was too busy to review and they’d call me the next day. Never heard from them again. Understaffed and more interested in selling bank loans than cars.

Leased a vehicle at the end of 2020.

Leased a vehicle at the end of 2020. Main reasons for choosing this dealership was the free oil changes for life and free tire replacement. Every time I went in it took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Of course they put tires on that have a low tread ware of 300. When I attempted to get new tires they denied ever offering this replacement. They also dissolved the company and restructured to another name under the same owner. Don't make the same mistake. Find a more reputable and honest dealer, if at all possible.

Completely unhelpful.

Completely unhelpful. Not respectful of my time at all. Would not answer any of my questions. I asked directly repeatedly. They gave me the runaround with a load of xx and pressured me to come in. No thanks.

One of the absolute WORST sales people in the state.

One of the absolute WORST sales people in the state. After wasting my time for 3 straight hours pulling different car options, having me test drive, and being secretive about the finale price of a car, they began to up the price of a possible vehicle only after pulling my credit, and as we were about to finalize the deal. They added on an additional $1,400, when asked what this $1,400 additional charge was for, their finance team told me it was for an “inspection”. The manager afterwards then proceeds to tell me he’s never heard of this so called $1,400 inspection. Basically upped the price, after pulling my credit and giving me a lower price for 3 hours, for no other reason than to get a higher sale.
