They were not transparent.
They were not transparent. I called Geoff and he didn't return my call so Jack contacted me. I told him the issues I had. No response from Jack for 2 days so I had to go in to discuss the issues because I knew they were dragging their feet on this. They told me the walkout and price, and when contract was written up it was way above the agreed price. We went in expecting the online price but ended being charged more. Why would I agree to pay more than the advertised price? No normal person would ever agree to that. It turns out the"walkout" price they gave me was the selling price. When the Brandon said that we are signing for the "walk out" price, thats what I assumed I was signing for, he failed to mention was that I really signed to pay more than the price advertised. All I was asking was to refund the difference since we thought the price we signed for was the "walk out" price. They refused to issue the refund because the paper we signed (which Brandon assured us it was the walkout price) was actually an agreement to pay more than the asking price. Had he made that clear we easily would have walked away from the deal. Geoff on the other hand added a warranty knowing well that we didn't want any of the warranties. In fact he asked "You said No to all the warranties." I said "Yes we didn't want the warranties." We got the refund processed but I had to go in there to get it. This should have been a simple phone call and a few emails. Josh the sales manager was no help. Basically came to meet with me to tell me he couldn't help me until the next day. I show up he wasn't there. Adam is hiding behind all these contracts that were signed under false presumptions. Flexing his pieces of paper as if I cared. All I was asking was for them to do the right thing. Thats not what Adam did. Adam made a comment "You are aware the check is going to the bank?" as if I'm trying to get a check for my personal bank account. This is about doing the right thing. That's it. Adam offered to take off the difference if I decided to get another car with them. That was laughable. I will never go back to this place. All my family, friends and followers on all my social media will never go to this place. Apparently no one that works there could really help me. It should've been an easy fix. I bought another car the following week from LHM Ford and everything went smoothly. You guys have lost a lot of business. I'm disappointed at the poor service and all the inconvenience I had to go through and hope no one else goes through what I went through. The most obvious thing I noticed is that they were busy protecting their own interests and customer service gets thrown out the window after the deal.

They're the most DISHONEST dealer in town.
They're the most DISHONEST dealer in town. So save your money. I regret buying from them. Just look at all the bad reviews on Google from unsatisfied customers. I wish I knew about those reviews before looking for a car. I hope they go out business.

They have NO INTEGRITY. VERY DISHONEST.
DO NOT GO HERE. UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING SERVICE FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND ARE VERY DISHONEST. How I wish I looked up reviews for this place before looking for a car. We just bought a car from them last week. We told Brandon the salesman that we dont want warranty or any additional items. We just want the selling price, taxes and licensing and their doc fees. We confirmed with him couple time the price, before we proceed. When in with Jeff the guy who helped us signed. I asked for the breakdown of the loan before we sign. He wrote down on a paper the sales price, taxes, docs fees ni warranty and total at the end $38K. So we felt good to proceed. Well, Jeff somehow still when ahead and add warranty to our loan without our knowledge and the sales price was higher than what we had agreed to. He have my husband blindly signed on everything. He zoomed in on the computer to the box where he need to sign. Then he told him initial here, sign here, sign there and kept scrolling down without explaining anything. When I asked him what did my husband just signed for. He gave us some BS explanation. We didn't find out what the total amount for our loan was until it was funded to our account 4 days later. It went from $38K which what we thought was our out the door price, to $44K+🤬 When we got the car after the signing. We found out the trunk won't closed. They kept slamming down the door trying to keep shut. I was afraid that they would break the car before we even get to drive. You would think that they test out everything so that it is 100% for the customer. Nope. So they couldn't even kept door shut. So we had to take the car back the next day for the mechanic people to look at. It was so inconvenient, because we had a flight at 10am the next day and we had to re booked a later flight that day. We got there in the morning and the salesman told us to pull up to their service garage and they can help us there. We pulled up to the garage and the girl there was so confused. The front people never communicated with their mechanic people about our situation. The guy walked up again started slamming down the trunk. Then he asked my husband if he had backed up and hit something. Straight up judging us instead of finding out first what happened. Bad customer service. DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE.

A very dishonest dealership
This is probably one of the most dishonest dealers I've dealt with. I dont normally write reviews but I would hate for someone to go buy a car from them without a heads up. I bought a car 2 months ago and recently found out that it had some damage that was undisclosed to me. Not only undisclosed, but flat lied to. I asked to see a car fax report on the car I was buying. The salesman pulled it up almost weirdly fast. I should have questioned it but I believed him that it was true. I asked if this car had any known damage. The answer was that there had been no damage and the salesman- Chris- "stands by every car he sells". Flash forward to a week ago, my car wouldn't start. I figured I had left a light on or something. I went to pop the hood to charge the battery The hood would not open at all. I called Chris, the man that "stands behind every car he sells" and he gave me the run around that he could call the shop to see if they noticed anything while they were doing the initial intake of the car and get back to me with a way to fix it or be able to get it open for now. Of course I knew he was probably lying and had no intention of calling me back, which he never did. I took the car to my local shop to see what the problem was with the hood. They found that the car had probably had front end damage in the past and that's why the latch was not connecting right. The Tim Dahle shop would have 100% seen this if they had actually done the oil change and intake like they said they did. So they either never touched the car or they flat lied to me. Either way, never waste your time or money with these people.
