Outstanding dealership
I went here to buy my daughter a new car for her college graduation. I was introduced to Ernie and we began the process. I have to say that I have bought over 15 cars in my life and this was the easiest and honest car buying experience in my life. Ernie was outstanding and made the process actually enjoyable. He obviously knows about his inventory and cares about his customers. Ernie was able to make a deal that out surpassed every other dealer I went to before them. You hear the saying "Shop us last" well this is the place to do that!! I would recommend this dealership and specifically Ernie to everyone looking to buy a new car. I will never go anywhere else and my wife will be looking for a car very soon and I will make the trip to Priority for sure.

Great service
We had our daughter with us so they didnt make us wait long. Also they didnt have changing tables available so one of the office workers cleared off an area for me to use to change my daughter.

Not good people
Ok so this is my second review about when I bought my 2010 Dodge Challenger srt8 at priority jeep so I tried to reach out to the gm there but he was out sick so the sales manager was like how can I help you I explain the situation and he was like the owner will be here in 30 minutes I'm going to talk to him and I promise I will make everything right that was on feb 27 2017 he said he was going to call me back asap I'm still waiting for the phone call. And they say they will make it right ???...

Worst Car Buying Experience
They delivered the car dirty, without a spare set of keys and with substantially more mileage than listed on the bill of sale. So many miles we had to rewrite the lease agreement to reflect the new amount. The told me they lost the spare set of keys and then wanted me to pay for another set. The sales manager reminded me of a tweeker. Their sales team constantly send me spam emails even after I have called and written to be removed.

I bought my Dodge Challenger srt8
I bought my Dodge Challenger srt8 from priority jeep in Salisbury ma last February its a nice vechile they told me it had a clean carfax now I go try to trade it in the other dealer tells me my car had severe front end damage with air bag deployed .what type of dealer would sell someone a car like this .now I'm stuck with this car thanks priority jeep Salisbury ma .....
