Excellent Customer Service!!!

I recently bought a 2016 Cherokee from Priority. From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was welcoming, attentive and diligent in ensuring that all of my questions were answered and that all of my concerns were addressed. Ernie spent time going over the vehicle's features with me and made himself available for questions after I left the dealership to think about my options. Paul and Josh were great resources as well and made themselves available to answer my questions. Everyone at Priority was professional, positive, friendly, respectful and helpful in walking me through the sales process. The staff was genuinely interested in ensuring that I was happy with my purchase and that my concerns were addressed! I will be visiting Priority next time I am in the market for a new car!!!

2016 Jeep Patriot

Priority Jeep in Salisbury has very friendly staff and offers great customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership when purchasing/leasing your next vehicle.

Priority

Sales team was friendly. Discounts were fairly deep. Deal was drawn up haphazardly on a sheet of copy paper. Could have been done in a more organized fashion. I was not allowed to take the paper that the numbers were crunched on home.

Great service department.

Friendly service depart. Fast and fairly priced. They were there to help and not "find things" wrong with your car to raise the bill.

Excellent!

Searched for numerous months for a decent jeep within my range of finances and look I wanted, giving winter is near. My good friend Leo sat for 2 months after I got in touch with him over my deliema of having my Chrysler 300 totaled not being in the vehicle insurance don't want to pay yada yada so for 8 months I've been paying on this other loan and insurance for a car I haven't been able to drive none the less sit in. Aggravated to my wit's end I got a message from Leo 2 months later with a picture stating "I have your Jeep". I immediately responded and went that day to check it out, knowing leo has my interest as well as my finances in mind which I couldn't ask any more from this guy he pulled strings and even came in on his day off to settle with banks and get them down to the price I can afford and I couldn't be happier to jump into the nicest Jeep for its year with low low miles even with some extras I would've installed after I bought it lift/tires/ect. Showed up today to sign the papers and they had it cleaner then when I first went and saw it tuesday! Absolutely one of the easiest straight forward dealers to work with at a dealership that's thriving with new and nice preowned vehicles. Theres a difference when you deal with priority they get it done with you in mind!

Best experience ever

I went in with a mission impossible. I was in a lease for two more years I went back to Amesbury Chevrolet where I got it and the where not willing to help me in anyway and I needed out of this lease because of my miles for work. There was 2 other dealerships that would not help me. But when I went into priority they were incredible Jeanpaul aka Tom Cruise was my sails guy very friendly and helpful I will always be buying my cars from him. As far as financing go's James A is the guy to see he not only did what the other places wouldn't he kept me under my buget. But the owner Paul he came out to meet me very friendly guy he runs a great business. All 3 of these guys are the A team. If you feel stuck or just want a great deal go here you will not regret it great team great sails great deals. I will forever only buy my cars here. My Mission impossible was a success and I owe it all to these guys. I owe a big thank you to Jeanpaul for taking my mission on when no other place would even try. Thank you all. :)

New Wrangler

My salesman Mr Faro did go out of his way to provide the best deal for me. I love the vehicle and happy to drive. I did contact Jeep Wave about a concern I had . When I washed the vehicle I noticed that the basic steel rims would hold water and not drain out. This caused me to use a sponge to drain the water out of the bottom of the rim. In the summer months this could and will cause rusting where the water does not drain out. Sorry to say in the winter freezing water in this location will be a problem. Jeep is known for it!s ability to manage all types of conditions. I find it hard that the engineers would miss this basic condition for a vehicle that OFF ROADS. PPW

Great Experience
