Beware the dealership is extremely dishonest and

Beware the dealership is extremely dishonest and untrustworthy. They removed an engine and turbo from my brand new truck with 30,000 miles and absolutely hacked it back in there. Oil has been leaking, the electrical is giving me issues and the owner personally called me to tell me they're not going to fix it and to pick it up Five minutes after dropping it off.

DO NOT shop your vehicle at this place under any circumstances. This outfit is a classic bait-and-switch as it gets. Quoted me a number, strung me along for days and then told me the deal is no longer available. The salesperson Dominic was awful and the general manager was rude. Incredibly unprofessional at every level. Don't walk away, run!

Fantastic dealership!

Fantastic dealership! I now own my second Ram 1500 Limited and love it. A while back I had a significant at fault accident and damaged the left front of the truck. This became a costly and difficult repair. Matthew in the body shop always kept me informed along the way. The time it took to complete the repair was quite long. This was no fault of Priority as they are experiencing supply chain issues. I assured them that as long as I was kept aware of the progress I was not going to be unhappy with them. They were very concerned that I know they are working diligently to make it factory new. I could not be happier. It looks and drives like day one! I will be a lifetime customer and actually drive past a Ram dealer to shop from them!

Great people, great service.

Great people, great service.This is where you want to buy your vehicle from and have it serviced. The owner Paul is always there and has an open door policy. Dominic in sales could not be anymore helpful.

Amazing service and staff!

Amazing service and staff!!! Had my vehicle towed there after another dealership had not serviced it after 5 business days. Spoke with Scott who gave me an appointment for the next day. Mike the service advisor called to update me as to what they found and then called me again to say my car was fixed!!! When I picked it up, the mechanic Tim, who worked on it, came out to explain what he fixed. I even met the owner Paul and thanked him for the excellent service and professionalism of his staff. I will definitely be going back for any service I need. Highly recommend!!!

Dec 2023 dropped jeep off oil change etc get ready for

Dec 2023 dropped jeep off oil change etc get ready for winter, picked up, next day check engine light on, gas cap lite on, tires under pressure, called dealer the following week asked them to check it, mgr mentioned it may be battery, i had purchased a new battery a few years ago, this made me nervous, i called and spoke with Paul, he had me bring it right in, they reviewed concerns and smoked the gas line i believe - all fixed no charge, great job, couple days later same problem, took it back priority spent the day investigating issues, resloved every one, its been 3 weeks now, jeep is running great, these guys care and will do whatever it takes to make sure your vehicle is running well and safe, definately recommend priority jeep

I just bought my third vehicle from Priority and i have never had a bad experience. Service is amazing and i can't recommend them enough, i won't take my car anywhere else! Great place with great customer service - the people here care about your needs and want to give you the best deal possible!

I just bought my third vehicle from Priority. I have never had a bad experience. Service is amazing and is the only place i will bring my car for maintenance or body work - i can't recommend them enough! Great place with great customer service. The people here care about your needs and want to give you the best deal possible!

I’d give zero stars if possible.

I’d give zero stars if possible. We brought our Durango in when we were rear ended this summer. Had a trip planned and were told our car would be ready days before the trip. We weren’t given updates. We called prior to our trip to see how it was going and they said there’s no way it’ll be done in time. We were given another date. This meant we had to take a loaner vehicle which was much smaller. Extremely inconvenient. We get back, and our car still wasn’t fixed! We were given a different date FOUR times. Because of the inconvenience, they said they’d detail the Durango for free. That never happened. My husband’s Dodge charger’s engine just went. He brought it to Brothers in Amesbury who did a diagnostic test. Very affordable. We were told to bring it to a dealership since they’re not suited to fix the issue. So back to Priority (even though I told my husband not to waste his money there). They run another diagnostic (even though we had the run down from brothers), and never mentioned an estimated price to check the engine. Well, we go to pickup his car and they claimed it costs $180/hour and that they “worked on it” for FOUR hours. $720 down the drain for them to purely DIAGNOSE the issue. He needs a new engine that’s worth more than his car. They never fixed anything. Our family member had the same thing done to his vehicle for $200. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. AVOID this place at all costs.
