When I arrived there was no one there to check me in- I
When I arrived there was no one there to check me in- I waited while 3 people were taking in one of the offices. Once I was checked in I was told George would touch base with me but he didn't. After 1.5 hrs I text the # I was given with no response. I Called service & was told it would be another 15 -20min, it was another 30 & I was notified by text. When I got outside my truck was sitting there but no one was there and I had to find someone to get my keys.2hrs for an oil change is ridiculous. Service has gone down considerably since I 1st leased here.
