Was dropping car off for oil change .

Was dropping car off for oil change . Waited 20 minutes for someone ( Alex) to check me in. Never happened. Left . Sent text to Alex that I would pick up either later that day or first thing in morning. In morning picked up car, paid bill and they said my car was out front. I guess I'm just used to a higher level of service from the dealership where I bought my car in Pennsylvania. Don't have a choice in Stuart area.
