great service

prompt service, smart repairmen, clean facility, friendly people. were very prompt, told me what the problem was and fixed it. It was a great day, went to pick it up, it was done early and a very reasonable bill!

Oil change

Oil change was due. And had a recall done. Everything done in a timely manner. I Would go back again.

Like dealing with a Dealer BEFORE COVID!

JOEL JOFFEE was great to work with. I told him I just finished talking to Riverside salespeople and walked away in total frustration with the experience and lack of a fair deal! From beginning to ending, I told Joel that it was like a breath of fresh air dealing with him and Fox Negaunee. The deal made seemed fair to me and was not dragged out. I will recommend Fox Negaunee to family and friends.

Great service.

My vehicle was kept overnight and I was given a very, very nice vehicle as a loaner.It was in like new condition.
