horrible customer service. staff became argumentative when we asked for my deposit back. had signed a contract with insurance - turns out insurance doesn't cover safety issues. they held onto $3,000, refunded a portion of the deposit. car had extensive issues which we were not allowed to test drive on the road. would not recommend this shady dealer to anyone. buy from facebook marketplace or offer up instead.

I had been looking for a specific car that my daughter
I had been looking for a specific car that my daughter had been wanting, and I finally located the car at CFM. I called them up and they gave me a reasonable price for the vehicle with delivery. They were very professional, helpful, and understanding which made the whole process a piece of cake. I hope we can do business again.

AVOID CHICAGO FINE MOTORS AT ALL COSTS!!!! Warning Warning Warning ⚠️ This place is a scam . They will lie about pricing, lie about what the vehicle comes with, knowingly lie about the condition of their vehicle, lie about their warranty and then lie about the delivery. Mike knowingly sold me a junk vehicle for $8000. They damaged the entire hybrid charging system after I bought the vehicle and picked it up. They hooked up a wrong charger, bent up the pins, shorted everything thing out, did a poor job of trying to fix the problem. That caused more problems. Then they lied again and said it worked when I picked it up. Had to have the junkyard pick it up the next day. They have no morals. No honor. No remorse. Danger Danger Danger. Warning! STAY AWAY, WARN EVERYONE! Hopefully, they get shutdown before they can destroy anyone else's life.

Very horrible experience.
Very horrible experience. I went to this place and saw a used car I liked. I was getting financing through my bank. They asked me to deposit $500 in cash. I let them know I didn’t know have it. They then asked for $200 which I didn’t have in cash. I asked to charge my credit card but they refused. I had to travel to an ATM to withdraw that money. After they took my money, they sent the car paperwork to my bank. The bank refused I financed that car because the car had been in an accident and did not meet the financing requirements. They refused to return my money. I called and sent them several messages but I was ignored. I never get my money back.

He answered our many questions very promptly and worked with us on the pricing. Even though ultimately we decided not to purchase the car, he was still very nice and wished us the best of luck in finding what we are looking for. Great job, Mike! You are a credit to your profession!

DO NOT BUY HERE
Bought a 2013 veloster, with in the first week the car died. I popped the hood and the battery leads were corroded off. I called the dealer and they said they had no way of knowing as they didn't have time to look at the car after buying it from NJ. The battery was from illinoisbatteryspecialists.com.. Like dude you lied to me so badly the freaking battery they put in told more truth then the sales team.

Garbage cars with lying staff. Shame on management and owners obviously they can’t see how they hurt their customers by selling them trash cars with no after sales help when it goes wrong. Tried to get help ended up getting yelled at my staffZ
