This Place sells Lemon cars.

This place is a complete scam. They sold me a Lemon car. I drove it for 10 minutes after just buying it and it broke down on me. After waiting two hours on the tow truck to get the car. Me and my 3 little kids walked to the gas station which was an hour walk to call an uber. I call them the next day and they tell me they have to keep a thousand dollars of my money for them selling me a Lemon. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time or a minute of your life here.

I brought a car April of this year 2022 i have a 2016

I brought a car April of this year 2022 i have a 2016 ford focus it’s only been 5 months sense i brought this car. my clutch went out in August when i brought the car they lied and told me the warranty covers the car up to a year. but once i called and told them the problem now it just don’t cover the clutch. the clutch cost $2800 to get fix. i only had this car for a short minimum of time who said i wanted to pay $2800 so i gave they car back also had to make a police report. the officers at the scene said they been up to this car lot 6 times this year for the same problem.SO BE AWARE THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY.

UNPROFESSIONAL

This car dealership was horrible. The salesman was very rude and unprofessional. I believe there was some discrimination going on. When I first arrived they told me I couldn't park in a certain spot, then when I got out no one would assist. When someone finally came they just sent me over to the car I was interested in and left me there to fend for myself. I tried to start up the car and it wouldn't start. No one was willing to help or answer any questions. I would not recommend this place at all.

You all missed something

Chicago Fine Motors is a wholesaler, people. That's why no customer service. They warned me about that when I was there. Really should not be on cars.com.

Wasn’t allowed to test drive

Inquired about a car, was asked if I knew it was a stick shift, of course I did! Then I asked about the service record, the response was- view the car fax report. Drove over an hour there to see and test drive the car and was told I couldn’t test drive it unless I first completed their pre-qualification process including a credit check- ask why since most other dealerships only ask for a license and will ride with you, received a very short and snarky- because we do. We don’t do what others do. The sales person- Christian seemed like we were a hassle and he didn’t have time for us, so we walked out. They didn’t even try to keep us there. I then read all of the reviews and now realize it’s definitely a very shady place. Do not go there!!!!

Please read it all especially the stuff in caps

Bought a 2012 Hyundai Equus from this dealer , put 7500 down and it was listed at 15k, within the first day of leaving the lot the back tire ripped and I had to have the car towed from the side of the road , took it to a mechanic and got quoted 3500$ for 4 new wheels and a few other problems , already annoyed I just paid the price thinking this would be the end of my worries, less than a week after spending 3500$ on repairs and only being 2 weeks into having the car it stalled out again and completely shut off in the road , had to get it towed back to the mechanic and it’s now in for another inspection. There’s a reason they pick and choose which reviews to reply too and don’t use their last names on the website. Now after being out of a car for 2 months and being told the car DIDNT HAVE THE SAME VIN NUMBER ON THE ENGINE AS THE BODY WHICH MEANT THE WARRANTY WAS VOIDED AND THEYRE WARRANTY WONT COVER A THING the dealer offered me $4500 out of my 7500$ I put down and now they’ve taken the car , so all in all I LOST AROUND 7 GRAND AND HAD NO CAR FOR 3 MONTHS , NOW IM LEFT WITH HALF MY DOWN PAYMENT , TERRIBLE CREDIT, AND NO VEHICLE TO DO MY JOB, unless you want to waste thousands of dollars and months of your time I SUGGEST NOT BUYING ANYTHING OFF THESE SCAMMERS, THEY BUY JUNKER ENGINES AND THROW EM IN THEIR TRASH AUCTION BOUGHT CARS
