End to end service

Have had service done with Honda of Sumner for the last ten years. Because of the outstanding treatment I bought my last car there as well. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Bought a car this weekend

As most people do, I receuved a flyer in the mail offering trade in value for my vehicle . The sole purpose of going to the dealership was to look into this opportunity . I worked with salesmen John, who it was his second day , and he was great. His boss on the other hand , no lt so nice . Salesmen do NOT have to be pushy, make you feel rushed and just rude . If I was by myself , I would have Walked away solely from Johns managers behavior and attitude . Also the wait time to get into finance was a bit too long .. we waited longer to be seen, than we were actually seen. And lastly you have no food or snacks for your customers . Only coffee and tea . That’s simply just not enough .

Customer

First, I came in for an oil change and service was excellent as always. While waiting I wanted to get information on hybrid cars. I spoke with three different sales people and nobody knew anything about the hybrid cars . I knew more from having done research online. Very disappointing. I would recommend the service department But I’m not impressed with the sales.

Truly great service

I’m very pleased with my experience at Sumner Honda. I have a pretty tight budget and Matthew and Marcus went the extra mile to make sure I could drive away with the vehicle that was right for me with a payment that fit my budget. Excellent service!

Excellent car buying experience

Sales person Jorge Naranjo was friendly, knowledgeable. Explained all of the accessories to me. Finance person was friendly. I was impressed with his knowledge. I love my Honda Accord!

EJ is awesome and we love our new Honda!

I worked with EJ who was exceptional! I received outstanding customer service and he could not have been more accommodating, helpful and professional. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and I'm 50! Highly recommend this dealership, and if you can, work with EJ!

Fast oil change and carwash

They were fast, quick and very nice. Couldn't ask for better service for an oil change. I drive 20 Miles to this place every time I get to my oil change. Trust them with my car.

Offer insult

After paying - In my car was an offer to pay me $1800 less than what I just paid for regular maintenance repairs. Not Cool.
