I previously wrote a review complaining about not having my calls returned and also being charged more then I was quoted over the phone. However, Ryan and Aaron from the service department helped to make the situation right and I greatly appreciate that. I will be returning for their service.

Replaced Recalled Part
I didn’t buy my Honda Pilot from Rairdon, but I took it there to have a recalled part replaced. Amazing customer service! They gave me a loaner car for the day and even washed my Pilot for me. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I wouldn’t mind buying my next vehicle from them.

Service Visit
I took my Honda CRV in for a standard oil change as I do every 3-4 months for nearly 4 years now. Each time I go, the staff is always friendly. However, the oil changes always take longer than the time they quote me, which always ends up being over an hour, even on days like yesterday evening when we were told we “came in at a great time.” We stood next to our car awkwardly for a few minutes waiting for someone to help us start our oil change service. Then, we were quoted a one hour wait and ended up waiting a little longer without any updates along the way. At the end of our visit, we were handed a paper with a summary, which showed two red-areas where things in our car need immediate attention, but no one mentioned these two things during our visit or asked if we wanted to have these replaced during our visit. Overall, I was not impressed with the customer service or the length of time I waited during my visit yesterday. I was also disappointed to learn that this location no longer takes appointments for oil changes; we called earlier in the day yesterday hoping to lock in an appointment, hoping it would save us from a longer waiting time, but we’re unable to do so.
